I happened on this sauce at a food fair and was blown away by the owner Sharon who knew her stuff and was super passionate about her product. When I tried the sauce I was blown away again. It’s a game changer adding fabulous flavour to the plate. No going back for me!!

All i can say is wow!! I have put on salad, rice, burgers, chilli and so much more! A lovely kick with sweetness, fresh and fiery flavour. I have not tried a hot sauce like it and look forward to getting more. I also look forward to what else is yet to come as im sure they will be lovely if they are as good as hot pepper sauce!

I have followed Hot Sauces Cartel journey and absolutely love this condiment.
So far have used it on my roast dinner to spice it up a bit and also as a dip when I've fancied a snack.

I absolutely love this sauce. The mango provides a fruity flavour and this is enhanced by the addition of pineapple.

It’s incredibly versatile too. I’ve drizzled it over grilled prawns, chips, and roasted dinner. Even splashed it on pizza (game changer!). Each time, it transforms ordinary dishes into something spectacular.
