I ordered two Christmas gifts in November for about $250 from their website. I found it through a Facebook add. It is almost March now and the goods never arrived. I reached out to the customer support line and they had various explanations for the delay, i.e. Covid shutdown, Chinese New Year, and supply chain issues. Now they stopped responding all together.

Hotsgift is 10000% a scam. They stole $78 from me. As soon as I ordered a product, I received a receipt in Chinese characters that made me skeptical. After a month, I reached out and they gave me some BS story about creating the product from scratch. I reported them to PayPal (who did nothing to support me) and they cut off all contact. They also operate under the name Customeshe and Giftsfan. They advertise on Facebook so watch out!

It’s been over 2 months and nothing has even shipped yet. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Same experience as others reported here. I wish I’d seen this before ordering. They have been stringing me along with excuses since December 9th. This was a Xmas gift, still have not gotten it. Written back and forth 4 or 5 times always another excuse and a assurance that it was coming. Gave up today and opened a case at PayPal.

Scam scam scam. Ordered Dec 11, still have not received. I have a huge email chain of their excuses, and offers to give 20% off if I "give them a chance". I'm going through PayPal currently working on getting a refund.

I've had the same experience and have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
I am providing Chase Bank with this web page as evidence to the scam.
I have alerted Facebook to the problem as well.

Total scam, its been over 2 months still havent received the resin lamp, have 3 pages of emails going back and forth where they give the same old excuse and stall reasoning. I contacted my bank they gave me temporary credit and now the site is trying to take money back stating their refund policies for an item that was never fabricated and never will be received. They are offering 50% return which is a joke, and I have all the reviews printed out that i will be taking to my bank as wells as the email trails and print out from their website stating 3-5 days to fabricate and 5-9 days to receive.

If I could give them no stars that's what they would get. They got my money and I did not receive the item ordered nor a responce to inquiries. This site is a scam and they are raking in the money. Just read other reviews. Do not order from these people. BEWARE

My experience is the same as everyone else. Thank you for the previous reviewer's suggestion to contact FTC. I submitted a complaint. Contacted credit card company to report fraud/scam.

Same experience as everyone else, I filed a fraud report with the FTC Federal Trade Commission, I advise everyone else to do the same, as well as stop using Facebook if Meta can't keep the scammers off.

One star because zero is not an option.
Can only repeat as the rest of the reviewers have.
Don't touch with a barge pole.
Ordered early December, still nothing despite being ready to ship since late December.
Same old excuses after contacting about late delivery.
Stating they will be keeping monies after requesting cancellation and full refund.
Dispute raised with card provider for non supply of goods or services.

I ordered 2 items from them on 12/15/22, I have emaled them multiple times and continue to be told that the items are still in production. I am going to reach out to my credit card and ask them to refund my money.

This does seem to be a scam that I unfortunately fell for. Too bad, because the items that I ordered were absolutely gorgeous.

This appears to be a scam. They said my item would ship in 1-2 weeks (it's now been 7), and I got no updates until I emailed them. I got a response a few days later saying "we're sorry for the delay, blah, blah, blah"...I've had 3 responses from them since when I asked for an update, and each time I get the same thing that is written in what I would describe as 'broken English'.

Saw this ad on Facebook for a beautiful lamp. Paid and ordered on 12/02 with being told it would arrive by Christmas. Did not receive any shipping information as it said it would ship within 5-7 days. After looking into it further I had a bad feeling it was a scam. I put in a dispute with PayPal and was told I need to let the seller respond. Well they did, with the same bogus emails stated below on a surge of orders etc. Recently I asked for a full refund and was told they would credit me $10 for my wait. Needless to say, I give up trying to contact them. I will hopefully get my money back 100% through PayPal as it’s supposed to be secure if it’s a scam. This site needs to be shut down!!

Yep I fell for same scam. I emailed a month after ordering....a month. They changed the status and then said I should see it soon.....here it is almost 2 months later and nothing. Contacting BBB, my bank and putting in a request for to FBI fraud department.
So sad.

This is a scam! I ordered the lamp on Dec 13th and they promised delivery by Dec 23rd. After numerous e-mails I have still not received it, first they promised to return the extra shipping cost. That never happened and then they offered an additional $20 off and I have not received either one. I’ve tried three different times to cancel and they refused to do so. Finally they said if I cancel now they will keep 50% of the cost.

I fell for the ad and ordered a lamp! I suspected I would not receive it by Christmas as I ordered it 12/16 but my card was charged right away and it shows status as ready to ship just like every one else here. I’ve emailed them with zero response :( shut this webpage down before they rip off more people!

Do not expect any delivery!

This page is offering products, claiming to deliver within 3 business days after a production period of 4-6 business days. I ordered on December, 10th and - as of now - nothing has arrived.

Sad enough, that they seem to use stolen images from other websites (see etsy.com for the real deal) for their own promotion, they will never ever deliver your order. They will always answer with the same text to wait another one or two weeks and that your product needs some time for the resin to dry.

My order is in "ready to ship" state since December, 24th: If it would be ready to ship, there would be no need to not ship it at all. And I strongly do not believe, that a single drop of resin has been used to make that beautiful "whale shark light" at all. I've just thrown some money out of the window. For nothing.

Comments on Facebook are constantly being deleted by "hotsgift.com".

This page is most likely fraud.

This is the same review as everyone else. The website must be a scam. I ordered a lamp over a month ago and it still hasn’t been received. Their website just shows “ready to ship”. They have zero contact information on their site. I just got ripped off $80. They need to get shut down.
