Renuka was amazing, she was by my side during my entire onboarding process, even on the days where I felt overwhelmed.

I am unsure how to rate them. I did my assessment and uploaded all the answers but it said Assessment Status as 'Failed' at the end. I do not know what to make out of this?

As a brand new start up, every penny counts. We have large business ambitions without the purse strings to match, so we needed a solution that could help us to drive the outcome that we needed without breaking the bank.

The Hotsourced solution of recruiting, managing the EOR and HR duties was the perfect solution to a complex requirement. In the past 8 months we have hired 9 people through Hotsourced from entry level positions, to more senior Web Developers and Back End Engineers.

At first, I wasn’t sure how such a remote team would connect with the rest of our business based in the UK, however being remote first, they have slotted in perfectly and feel as much of the team as their UK counterparts.

I would absolutely recommend Andy and the team, they are on hand whenever we need them and have understood our business to match the right people to the right roles.

Andy and the team are a pleasure to work with, and we hired a fantastic member of the team through them who's been with us for nearly a year now. Looking forward to many more hires!

Video not getting uploaded

Not sure why but assessment failed status appeared after I gave the video interview where I could see myself recording the video but the preview of video had blank/grey screen no audio no video don’t know how to connect with recruitment team. I hope this get sorted for me soon

Andrew and the team are great. We have now had 3 members of staff from Hotsourced - clearly the vetting and interview process is great as all 3 candidates have been excellent. Would definitely recommend them.

I had applied for the position of Financial Operations Associate with Hotsourced on 21-May-2025. I got a reply from Founder - Andrew Browning via Linkedin that i am selected for the technical round with Test Gorilla. I gave the test on 28-May-2025 and did very well in that. I got an email from Hotsourced on 30-May-2025 that i have cleared the technical round and that i should take the video assessment round.

However due to an issue with the Hotsourced video assessment portal my videos were not getting recorded and uploaded. Also i could not upload the completed excel worksheet which was part of video assessment round.

I am worried a lot now as i have sent emails to Andrew Browning and his India team member. Have not received any reply as of now and the company has suggested that it is better to take the test within 48 hours.

Request Hotsourced to rectify the bug in the Video assessment portal and allow me to complete my assessment round.

The experience with Hotsourced except this incident has been too good and i hope they would help me here as this was beyond my control.

Update:

Andrew Browning personally arranged a online call now on 02nd June 2025 and we tried to rectify the issue but i think the problem was due to some unknow factor. He was very very professional and helpful and suggested an alternate way to proceed.

Irrespective of whether i would be selected or not, the professionalism showed by Hotsourced and its Founder Andrew Browning was commendable.

I change my rating to 5 Star and also recommend Hotsourced to all UK companies as everything is professional and ethical.

Firstly i got mail that i have been selected for the interview of customer service representative lead role.
Once i started my interview the first part was mcq that done without an hitch but then came the part where we had record our videos within the stipulated time frame and then upload it.
But whenever i recorded the video instead of uploading the video that i have recorded. It used to upload the video where i am sitting idle and waiting for the video to be uploaded. So it used to overwrite final video i just took. There seems to be a huge bug in your interview system interface. Please resolve this so that i can give the second part of my interview i dont have much time to complete the second part of the interview and i am afraid if do it like this it will over write video of me sitting idly waiting for the video to upload and no answers will be actually uploaded that you guys are asking and this will in turn drop my chances for selection please help.
I already tried reaching you guys on your contact page yet i have not received any input or response from you.

2 stars for the test that was presented but no update after giving the test even though it was promised.
It's funny companies look for dedicated people who will reply to customers on time yet they can't grow the same value in their own working.

I am writing to inform you of an issue I've encountered while submitting my assignment and recording the video for the job application process. Unfortunately, I am experiencing a technical problem with the video recording tool that is limiting my recording time to just 14 seconds. This has made it extremely challenging to answer the questions in a detailed and comprehensive manner as required for the application.

I’ve tried several times to record the video, but the tool consistently cuts off at 14 seconds, and I’m unable to provide the full responses. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as I’m eager to apply and showcase my skills properly but am currently hindered by this technical limitation.

Could you kindly assist with this issue or advise on an alternative solution so that I can submit my application correctly?

My experience was very genuine and honest. It requires the right amount of trust and patience to hear back from the team and understand that everything takes time.

My interview journey started on 11 Sep till 27 Sep and at the end I couldn't make it after 4-5 rounds including written, self video and three face to face interviews. Having said that it's a genuine learning experience to go through the process and work on the self based on the feedback given at the end , keeping in mind you will surely hear back if the profile matches (which did in my case).
