Buying a hot tub
Luke Skilton who is based at hot springs in Norwich was absolutely brilliant when we came to choose our hot tub, he gave us all the information we needed to decide which one was best for us. We had a slight problem with our hot tub (not enough water)and had to call Hot tub Assist out but they couldn't come for 4 weeks but I contacted Luke at the shop and he spoke to them and they called back saying they could come next day, Luke went above and beyond to help us sort out our hot tub. I do use it for medical purpose.

Superb hot tub and superb team
Superb hot tub and superb team!
Our hot tub is better than we thought on its tech with lots of adjustments to fit all needs. It got expertly delivered and installed by a very competent fast and efficient team.
Wayne in the commercial team was amazing at supporting us all the steps of the way, answering all our questions (even stupid ones!)even popping in when we struggled the day after installation.
Can’t praise them all as everybody was top customer service oriented!thank you guys!
Now time to go back to my hot tub! :))

I bought my first hot-tube 4 years ago, and I am very happy with it.
I have salt water system. They came on site, explan me how everything is operating. For the last 4 years I don't have a single problem. Installation went very smoothly. Very professional team. Highly recommended. Well done guys.

She is very knowledgable and answered copious questions we had and organised delivery re/scheduling after building delays, nothing was too much trouble. From initial purchase questions to delivery and after sales service has been first class.
Delivery was very easy and the hot tub was set up within a couple of hours.
We have never had a hot tub before so we are real novices.
We selected a Hot Spot - Relay model - its a great looking hot tub and we love it.

Very thorough service
Very thorough service. Much more than just a simple drain/refill, the service includes a flush of all the pipes, clean of the inside of the shell, thorough test of the electronics and more. No complaints!

Excellent service from Shane
There was much conflicting and confusing information given by HTA and several other sources. The need to have very simplified bullet points for each tub (how to set it up, balance chemicals and generally care for it). Hotsprings videos tell you one thing, the retailers tell you another and HTA tell you something different again. Shane, however, from Hotspring World in Sevenoaks, was amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he even made personal trips to ensure that we were set up correctly. Always there on hand to answer any questions and solve problems, and if he didn’t know the answers he would not rest until he found out. Excellent service from Shane.

Replacement and removal of an old hot tub.
We ordered a new hot tub from HotSpring World in Cobham to replace our old hot tub. Our hot tub was partially sunk into our decking and Sarah and Ken were both extremely helpful in advising what was required for a successful removal and replacement. We were kept informed of the expected delivery time etc throughout the process and the installation itself went very smoothly.

From the initial whatsapp messages, Shane was really helpful & Friendly. He tried to find us a good deal, but without coming across as a pushy salesman (as we run a mile from those types!)
He has been great with aftercare advice too.

Aptos Hot Tub Purchase
The purchase, delivery and installation of our hot tub has been very straightforward. Sarah did a great job of coordinating the logistics and recommending alternatives to getting our hot tub delivered due to width restrictions at the side of our house. Hot tub assist were particularly impressive, delivering the hot tub very quickly, taking time to set up and explain how to use the hot tub, including chemicals. They did forget the cable on the first visit but returned the following day to fit this and even went to extra lengths to ensure the cable was less visible on our patio.
