Scam
Scam. They say that for certain sites receiving sms "is not guaranteed.". If you don't receive them they won't refund you. Be careful during the payment they try to make you fill a balance insinuating that you need it to use your number. They won't refund that one too. Stay away from these scamers! There are plenty of other similar services that are fair.
