The hot tub in a great condition and easy to use and maintain.

Really poor service. Tried to call. No reply. Left a message. No return call. Contacted through the website. No response. Either don’t care about their customers or gone out of business.

Call back today and office is now closed for a week. Such a poor service. Wouldn’t waste your energy

The hire of the hot tub from hottubhiresheffield.co.uk was so easy and everything was setup and ready to go! Hired for a 50th Birthday over the weekend and for the price was such good value.
Extra nice guys who came to deliver and collect afterwards, professional and efficient!
I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I hired a hot tub for my step daughter (home) hen do. I can’t thank Sarah and her husband enough.they were helpful in every way, from delivery, explaining how to keep the water clean and cared for to collection. And also on hand (telephone) should any problems occur.
The quality of the tubs are very robust and although only a 4-5 seater was available they assured me if my ladies were happy to sit close you could fit 6-7 and we did.
Thank you both I will be using you again.

An absolutely fantastic experience! From the initial booking to the collection of the tub everything was so easy and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend the firm to anyone, and we will certainly use them again. I will just have to find an excuse!

Have been looking to hire a hot tub for a while, however could never figure out which company was best or where to start. I never usually leave reviews but after reading them in regards to this company I decided to give them a try!

So glad I did. From first contact I felt really at ease with everything. I had to give them a call back numerous times due to work, this was not a problem and did not effect my booking.

Hot tub was delivered easily, was clean and looked great! We all had a lovely weekend. Collection was the same.

Overall, I had had a really pleasant experience and will definitely be hiring again for every event!
