Highly recommend blue whale spa ordered an Hunter y tub during lockdown and delivery was as promised on time. The delivery team located the tub and spent time to explain the initial setup & use.
Been up and running now for about a month and very happy with it and surprised with the performance from a 13amp plug

Excellent service from Ordering through to delivery, The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful, received emails with the Hot tub instructions and use of chemicals so we could read through before delivery,Electrical information supplied for electrician, The delivery guys were fantastic, as we were in the middle of a pandemic, can't thank them enough as it was the hottest day of the year,
The Support Team are always happy to help with any queries We may have, also lovely to receive follow up calls to make sure everything is ok with the hot tub.
