Hotwire deserves major credit for having team members like Carla, Sharon, and Andrew. Each one of them was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. They didn't just answer my questions and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the right way. Their kindness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, and I'm truly grateful for the outstanding support I received.Customer service like this is rare, and they deserve a big shout out!!!

You never know how good you have it until you lose it!
My previous apartment building switched to Hotwire Fision for cable TV and internet, providing us high speed internet and cable TV with a 48 hour rewind on ALL Channels, so no need to store programs on my device. Fiber optic cable was so small that it was virtually invisible, removing all the ugly coaxial cables running around the apartment. The only time I had to call them to fix an issue, their response was immediate by a live agent, and they sent a tech the same afternoon and in addition to resolving the issue, they left me with a battery backup for my computer for free.
I have since moved to another apartment who has another provider and I have been waiting 10 days to get a tech so solve an issue. I am now petitioning the board to review their contract with the current provider to ensure they select one with the latest technology and top service.
I really miss Hotwire!
