Excellent team. The guys worked fast, the work looks good and they left the place looking neater and cleaner than when they arrived. Will certainly contact Eddie again if needing to get more work done.

We have just had Hotworx install a new Oil Boiler at our home. We originally went online one evening to get competitive quotes from a few companies, Hotworx got in touch the very next morning with a time to visit to assess what was required. We were actually held up the afternoon of the appointment and they were a bit early, however, they patiently waited until we arrived and happily assessed the situation.

The quotes came in that evening offering a few different boilers to give us a choice and were extremely competitive. We looked online to around five review sites and Hotworx basically got
10 out of 10 across the board. However, we still wanted to obtain other quotes.

Meanwhile there were a few tweaks we wanted to make to the quotes that Eddie (their Technical Director) had given us and he came back timeously and even lowered the quotes to accommodate our requirements. We had a few more interactions with Eddie and we cannot fault him on his speedy responses.

We hadn’t even given Hotworx the go ahead to do the job but they were happy to help with our enquiries. My husband and I weighed up the pros and cons of each quote and decided to go with Hotworx and again Eddie promptly booked us in with a time and date for the installation. There was never any discussion regarding money or deposit and the men turned up on the scheduled morning.

They quickly got on with the job in hand and in less than 5 hours with limited disruption they had removed our original boiler and installed the new one. The chaps were very polite and courteous, I overheard Gary asking young John his apprentice to deal with certain things which he carried out immediately, they left no mess, clearing everything up and the surrounding area was left clean and tidy.

Gary explained in great detail what we needed to know regarding the boiler controls etc. and answered any questions we had. He left the relevant paperwork and manuals regarding the boiler. They checked the radiators were working and all was functioning well. Basically you would never have known we had workmen in.

They also offered the first year’s service free.

We were very enamoured with the aforementioned John a lovely young apprentice who dealt with jobs unprompted by Gary but to reiterate any instruction given from Gary, John willingly attended to straight away, a rather keen and very enthusiastic young man who is in his last year of apprenticeship, (good luck John with your upcoming Exam we are sure you will do very well).

We are extremely happy and satisfied with the situation and could not find a fault with anything so far. We could not recommend Hotworx ENOUGH to anyone who may be looking for jobs to be undertaken in their line of work, we also would have no hesitation in contacting them again for any job as the whole firm give off a definite sense of dependability and honesty.

Excellent service. New boiler and radiators all replaced in one working day. No mess made, workmen all pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend!

I phoned Eddie on the Sunday, the team came out on Monday, the boiler was fitted at the earliest slot following Friday. The team were outstanding arrived 8.30am finished 5pm. The guys fully respected my property, you wouldn't have known 9.5 hrs of work had just taken place, other than we now have an excellent heating sytem installed my an excellent company. @Eddie I'll be intouch soon about new boiler & radiators at the other property as discussed. Got my new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 8000 combi boiler fitted by hotworx .what a great professional job ,guys turned up spot on time 8.30am as was told and job completed for 4pm.everything was left clean and tidy and all old boiler tanks and rubbish removed .Great 12 year warranty so many years of hopefully trouble free heating and hot water cheaper bills too ,thanks again hotworx

Could not fault this company and would recommend them to anyone. Very respectful to my property, floor boards lifted 9 radiators fitted new boiler within 2 days with minimum disruption even put the carpets back down I had lifted for them. Not many companies deliver this kind of service.

During the really cold spell in mid-February 2020, I had reason to call Eddie at Hotworks regarding a job they'd done a couple of years earlier at my late father's house. Within a few hours the same day, his guys were out with a replacement part and diagnosed & rectified the problem, explaining what the problems were and what they were doing as they ran through each stage.

As an architect of 30+ years experience, I've probably come across more poorly-performing subcontractors than most folk, but these guys were excellent and I can definitely recommend them.

After using various plumbing & heating contractors over the last 10 years and with each one having there failures/bad points we have finally found a company who turn up when they say, sometimes earlier if they can!
Charge what they quoted, no hidden extras!
Complete the job in a good professional manor, the guys are all well presented, pleasant and approachable, at no time do you feel under pressure.
Now as soon as we have any plumbing or heating work needing done its a simple call to Hotworx.
Knowing that after the call we can be assured somebody will actually turn up and complete the task!

Very helpful guidance in choice of new Boiler and Shower. The work was completed in one day in a professional workmanlike fashion without disturbance of the household. The finished installation was neat and tidy and has been working exceptionally well since.

Hotworx quoted for a replacement oil boiler, they were very clear regarding suitable options, and priced at a competitive price. Their workman were very polite and left the area clean and tidy after the work was completed, I would have no hesitation to recommend them to any one looking to have a central heating boiler replaced.

Guys fitted the boiler of my choice and completed a site visit to assess the scope of works. They arrived on time and installed the boiler professionally and ensured the disruption was at a minimum. Cleaned up afterwards. I had an issue abour 9 month later, water levels dropping. They were quick to respond and found a very difficult to find leak with my underfloor heating. I fixed this my self. So delighted with Installation, after care service and communications and have no difficulty in recommending them to anyone.

I recently had 2 separate jobs carried out by hotworx. An outside tap fitted and replacement radiators. Both jobs were done to an extremely high standard and the job was turned round very quickly from initial phone call until final fit. The guys on the job were friendly and very tidy and I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend.
