The team was absolutely great. I wanted to get a matching lead and poop bag holder for a Christmas Harness I purchased a very long time ago, and they did find it in their storage and archived stock.
They were the last pieces, so they offered a generous discount given it was a "show piece" - meaning it was used to take shots for their promotion on their website and social media.

Lovely fitting harness. Very well made and robust. Really pretty.

I have bought several harnesses from here for two dogs. Recently they searched for a matching lead for me when out of stock. Only problem they go out of stock for a long time.

Have been buying from this company for quite a few years now and have always had great service and rapid delivery. I always buy the Sammi harness and it fits my spaniel very well. Although it is printed to look like tweed, it is actually not and as such can be tossed into the washing machine without issue. This is important - we live in the sticks and my dog is always rummaging around in the bush/mud/and worse! We like the matching poo bag holders too!

Had no issues with products, service or delivery but haven’t had to return anything so can’t comment on that process

Hounds of Eden offer some really amazing choices for dogs! We especially like their harnesses as they have such pretty prints for our female dog and the option to clip the harness by her head so we don’t have to pull it over her face which she hates! She also loves her new hoodie that we got for after she has been out in the wet and cold! The customer service team were so incredible and contacted me to check sizings before shipping meaning the correct product was delivered! We have recommended to friends and family and look forward to buying more products in the future! Can’t wait to see more of the designs they create!

Product are high quality, communication with company was great they got straight back over a sizing question. Ordered 2 harness, a bow and a collar and will Deffo be ordering more.
