Not possible to connect someone using their site contact number + high return costs

There is a French number provided but not possible to connect.

It says on their website: easy returns… I had to pay 15€ so they can send the item to me. Once I want to return I have to pay myself minimum of 25€ for the package to France. You might want to consider buying a bit cheaper from them and then having problems.

Hate “companies” like that
