The product is of extreme poor quality…
The product is of extreme poor quality and so is the customer service. We washed the rugby rain jacket before first usage at 30 degrees and low spin speed. After washing, the inside was covered in a sticky substance. When liaising with the customer service, there was no understanding and our washing was blamed.
