Purchased off the website in November 2022 but never received any items. Have claimed back through my credit card and have been blocked on Instagram by Nicole Thompson on her change of account (@thethompsondiary) when I asked what happened to the order. Definitely a scam which is a massive shame.

Unfortunately like everyone else here I have been scammed by Nicole Thompson...
I made my order in October, unfortunately, the money was taken and have never heard anything back. I cannot believe she is able to do this and thinks that is is okay.

This company and the woman who owns it are absolute scammers!

Ordered a house sign at the end of November last year and was told that it'd take between 3-6 weeks (that was the first joke). The website contradicted that by saying slightly longer. Anyway, order went through, confirmation received and payment taken pretty much straight away.

Weeks went by and I'd heard nothing (I allowed for delays over Christmas and also postage strikes at the time) but I hadn't had a dispatch email as the order confirmation said I would.

After about 8 weeks I started to chase the order as I'd heard nothing. Several emails later to multiple different email addresses, I'd heard nothing (it was about mid-February by this point).

I decided to report the company to Trading Standards, which I believe is being looked into. I also managed to get the money back from my bank by making a claim (very lucky), but I have still heard nothing from the company.

The owner decided to run off to Australia and change her social medias etc, probably so nobody can trace her. From what I can see, it looks like she's trying to scam people over there too!

Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Was over the moon to buy a house in October and ordered a sign from this website. Wait time shows approx 8 weeks so by week 9 I sent an email. I got a reply saying that they were busy and everything would be sent in the next 2-3 weeks. Like everyone below, no order has been received. I have emailed over and over and no reply ever received.

Luckily, I paid using my credit card as I hadnt heard of the company before and I have requested a refund from them and ordered from elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m so glad I’m not the only one who these awful people have taken money from and then not delivered. Since placing my order back in October I’ve had nothing. No communication, no emails, nothing. I have tried and tried, reported and flagged up this ‘company’ who have now left the country with honest peoples money. I’m devastated, a lovely sign for our new home and I’m left with nothing, even with all the proof of purchase there’s nothing I can do.

Ordered beginning of September , they told me twice they had sent it and it never showed. 16 December they said they would refund me in ten days and I’ve been chasing that for 6 weeks with no reply. I opened a dispute with my bank and was refunded immediately. How embarrassing for this girl spreading her face all over Instagram and scamming so many people then just disappearing. Scammers, Nicole Thompson took tiny money and didn’t deliver on my order. she has now closed the business and moved to Australia - without fullfilling orders.
When I challenged her she threatened to share my details on her Instagram saying I am bullying her and will encourage her followers to send hate my way. I contacted the police and my bank. I’ve also contacted the Australian Home Affairs to let them know the scammer they’ve allowed into their country. Vile excuses for a human.

This woman and her 'company' are a complete scam!
I made an order over 3 months ago and the same as many others on here, I got an email saying that they were extremely busy and all orders would be sent out before Christmas.
Guess what? No order has been sent and emails since this time have been completely ignored - including requests for a refund! This woman has closed her business and emigrated to Australia leaving countless outstanding orders that she has already received payment for.

Said the wait would be up to 8 weeks, I have waited 12 and been in contact with “Nicole” who has now changed the page name to “the Thompson family” to find out that they have emigrated to Australia, I Instagram messaged her and she said to email the team and refused to give me the email address.

First sign for my parents house (under the old company name) was great, but my new one for my new property has never arrived.

Not that this review makes any difference seeing as the owner has moved to Australia, but I ordered at the beginning of October and eventually emailed asking where my order was up to in December time. I received a reply and was offered to wait and get the product before Christmas, or have a refund. I opted to wait (as I’d already waited 2 months so what difference does another couple of weeks make?) and then I see her post on Instagram that they’ve officially moved out of the country - but I still haven’t got my product.

I’ve tried to email a few times but nobody replies, so I’ve made a chargeback through my bank. Really disappointing!

Ordered from this company and my order still hasn’t arrived. Nicole I believe her name is is now clearing to Australia having scammed me and many others out of money.

She’s an absolute rude, nasty and vulgar piece of work. Kept saying I needed to email customer service however she never provided an email or an order confirmation. Fighting now with my bank to get money back.

Been over 8 weeks, spoke to Molly at housesignsukk refusing to give me a refund, she offered me a refund last week and now I’ve said I haven’t received my refund she’s changed her mind. Items not received. She’s extremely rude, looks like they are setting up a new Instagram shop online. Don’t order from them! Scammers! Now she’s threatening use to social media on me! I’m sure she will have a comment back to say they have done nothing wrong, but just look at their views they are bad enough. I hope people don’t use them in future.

Hi, i ordered from here in april. Never recieved my item and after tons of emails of me asking for updates they ended with id get a refund (in AUGUST) so i wait. Then email again as havent had anything and the gov said it should be 14 days not 28. Then emailed again as no refund. And insta dm'd yet nothing!! Im still waiting on my refund of £62 and its NOVEMBER. honestly i didnt want to go to social media but im actually disgusted with their customer service and the fact i even tried threatening once they kept ignoring me and they did NOTHING. Yet continued to post and see messages but ignore. I was then told i was bullying as i said to them i saw their trust pilot reviews. But i want my refund. And if this is the only way i can get through to them idk.

Huge scam never gave my refund then went on to say theyd give me a lawsuit for saying id prove their scammers. Please add my insta ive posted a story/post about them! @hallydontask

Stay away from this company, absolute scam they take money from people then don't deliver goods

Couldn’t have had a worse experience with this company, matches every other review. Ordered the product in June, it’s October and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted them a few times, they’ve not only been rude and abrupt but bordering on aggressive when I when through shopify. Like others have said they change the shop name every few weeks/months like a proper classless fake brand. I attempted to report them to the police’s action fraud but there’s a lack of evidence unless others also report them. I’ll follow up with contacting my solicitor now as in the time since my order their Instagram followers have increased exponentially and I imagine so many others are being duped by this rochale based company, the original company is registered to Nicole Adshead in Rochdale but the subsequent home sign companies aren’t even VAT registered. Avoid this company at all costs.

AVOID this company, sent products to wrong address then threatened me with court for £26.00 for their mistake.

We had to get the bank involved to claim our money back.

Very abusive, unprofessional and poor good.

Please avoid and don't waste your money.
