House Cleaner London Reviews 

We moved into our new properly Monday and booked their cleaners last week.

The office contacted me yesterday to reschedule the time of cleaning which we agreed and tried to fit in.

The cleaners arrived late and then cancelled the service today. Their behaviour was very unprofessional and the service has wasted us so much time. We assumed their cleaners thought they were coming around to do a bit of light dusting.

I contacted their office and pointed out that we were extremely disappointed about how their service had wasted our time and the stress their cleaners had brought to us. However they replied unapologetically and only to point out our house was in such a bad status and no cleaning can be performed. I replied to say my partner had been cleaning the place in the last couple of days and it is not as "bad" as their unprofessional cleaners described. If my partner can clean the place, however their so called "professional" cleaners thought "no cleaning could be performed", that goes to show their service is useless and should be avoided at all cost!

Please DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE and don't make the same mistake like we did.

The flat genuinely looked dirtier than when I left it. I am unsure of how long the cleaners actually stayed as no one was there to see them go (I can’t imagine they were there longer than an hour seeing the poor job they did.) I have previously worked as a cleaner for 3 years and I can certainly tell you that this “clean” was honestly a joke! We usually spend £24 on a normal cleaner (not deep clean) and we all agree that the job they do is infinitely better. We placed such trust in the company spending £90 on a deep clean. The brief they sent me for the deep clean was not fulfilled at all, they probably only completed about 10% of the brief. The bin wasn’t even emptied! They spilt coffee all over the kitchen worktop and we had to clean up after THEM!

I sent them over 20 photos of the disgusting way they had left the flat and they refused a refund/re-clean. I am taking legal action.

Terrible service. They cancelled the clean with 1 day notice then I rearranged for later in the day. They cancelled again the morning they were due to clean with no apology. Highly inconvenient as I had movers booked in and was relying on the clean to have been done. Too short notice to hire another cleaning company for the same day. Appalling.

Terrible clean, we booked an end of tenancy clean. Floors barely touched and worst of all our bath was damaged meaning I had to pay £130 for a plumber to fix. They refuse to reflean or offer compensation. Avoid this awful company

I have had had the most awful experience with this company. The clean was consistently below standard. I increased the hours to give the cleaner a fair chance but on the last clean she just walked in, took the money and left within minutes. The flat was left in an appaling state. Frequently the bins were just dumped on the floor rather than being put in the outside bins. I have sent photos and the firm are refusing to refund my money. In addition, once I came home to find a strange woman in my house who was not the agreed cleaner.

Wish I'd seen the other terrible review before booking. Booked an 'after builders house clean' after we'd had some building work. They alerted that they would be 3 hours late and I met them at the house at their convenience. They then refused to clean on the basis that it was too dusty to clean (?!) and that the builders should have done more to tidy up after themselves.

Have already cleaned most of the house with a Henry. I have no idea how they function as a business. Caused a huge inconvenience and am very satisfied to write this 1 star review in the hope they lose much more business as a result of their rudeness and uselessness.

Absolutely terrible unprofessional cleaners. Money wasted, house is still extremely dirty. Refused refund and reclean made very little difference - what a waste of money
