Excellent service from a very professional company
I honestly can’t thank Alfred and the team enough for the amazing job they did clearing my mum’s house ready for it to go on the market. From the very beginning they were professional, reliable, kind, and incredibly helpful during what could have been a very stressful process.
They travelled all the way to Campbeltown on the west coast of Scotland and went above and beyond by not only clearing the house but also clearing and cleaning the garage. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
Alfred kept me updated throughout the whole process, which gave me real peace of mind, and his kindness and understanding were truly appreciated.
The house looked fantastic once they had finished and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy, reliable and professional house clearance service.

We will be forever grateful to Alfred and his team for clearing our father’s house after his death.
They went above and beyond for us and absolutely nothing was a problem for them. Arrived on time and the communication was fantastic. Very pleasant gentlemen and Alfred was a diamond 💎

Excellent company
It's not easy clearing out a father's house, but Alfred and his men have made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as it possibly could have been. Alfred's communication has been exemplary: he's been in touch to confirm arrangements by email and phoned to reassure me the day before the clearance that everything was in order. He called again to check that things were going well during the day and after they'd left too, offering kindness and understanding of the emotional fall-out as well. His men arrived bang on time and worked unbelievably hard to clear everything out and load it up in their vans. They hoovered up afterwards and were friendly and polite and respectful. I am very pleased to be recommending this company.

Very compassionate and sensitive
My mum passed away recently and I needed to get her flat cleared so I googled a few companies online who specialise in this type of house clearance service.
From the moment I reached out, Alfred was compassionate and sensitive around the subject and asked to meet with me which I thought was a nice personal touch compared to other companies who were very impersonal and just wanted a video. He ensured me they would take care of everything and donate as much as they could to the charities out there who needed the items - from food to clothes to furniture. I really felt like I was in good hands.
We quickly got a date booked in and his team arrived promptly when they said they would. He sent me progress videos as I was not able to be at the property during the clearance. He also sent me a final video once it was all cleared and the flat looked amazing.
His team looked for and found some personal items I couldn’t find and he will be sending them down to me.
I am so relieved and it’s one less thing for me to worry about, I would definitely recommend.

Short notice house clearance
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Alfred arranged to come to the house during our short trip to the UK and explained how they work and what to expect. He gave us a clear estimate and was able to schedule the clearance for the next weekday. The crew turned up right on time with two vans and cleared the house carefully, and they cleaned each room nicely. They finished well within their estimated time. Highly recommended!

Very happy with the service I recieved. Everything was dealt with in a respectful and professional manner. On the day of the clearance I was kept up to date with their progress and particularly liked the videos that were sent to me after clearance was finished as I don't live near by. Alfred contacted me the day of the move to make sure there was nothing to be left in the flat that maybe we had forgotten about which I thought very caring. Price was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

House Clearance _ Delighted with job
Great communications from the start with Alfred and clear and concise information about what was being uplifted/cleaned.
Day of job the guys arrived on time and we looked round house to show what we wanted done.
We went home and left them to it and when nearly finished, we received photos showing progress which was great.
Just been to view house before guys left and they showed me each room and outside areas to make sure we were happy. Top job 👏 The guys have everything spotless and tidied up and asked if we needed anything else done. Great company and would recommend anytime. I contacted House Clearance Scotland to conduct a Bereavement Clearance at my late mothers' property. Alfie took the initial phone call, met me the following day and assessed the requirement. Price was fair and the team were at the property the following week. I highlighted to the team what to leave and noted that I wanted the property cleaned. Everything was completed to a very high standard and I was incredibly impressed with everything. Cannot recommend enough. They even called about a banister they found that I was planning to put back up, they did that bit for me. Massively appreciate as definitely wasn't their job to do.
