WARNING ‼️ 😡😡😡😡😡 management are lying about everything!

WARNING ‼️ ‼️ ‼️
It was super important for me to have everything plant based, no chemicals at all. Both my son and I are super sensitive.
He promised that it was so I agreed to try one time.
He said they would come at 8 o’clock the first time, got a message that they would come at 9.45 when I wouldn’t be home.
Came home from my yoga and the whole house stank of chemicals! I couldn’t breathe.
Also, instead of taking around 600kr from my account they took over 3000kr, just before I was supposed to pay my rent 🤯
I agreed with trying ONE cleaning and they took for the whole next coming month.
I told them that I definitely didn’t want to use them in the future and they said and wrote on email that my money would be transferred back within 7 days. Now it’s been over 3 WEEKS
I’ve been calling and writing several times and I get no answer. I still haven’t gotten my money back 😡
They were also supposed to come back and clean the floors yesterday as a compensation and they didn’t show up and didn’t answer.
Can’t tell you enough how unprofessional the management are.
Now I have to figure out how to report them so I can get my money.
BIG WARNING FROM HERE!!!

I had a really good experience for deep…

I had a really good experience for deep clean of my apartment. The only thing was the amount of communication with staff before being able to start the process and them internally not coordinated so calling multiple times. However when arriving for cleaning they did a great job.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the service. The cleaning is very great, people are always nice, precise and well organised. The customer care is aslo very good and quick! The skar reimbursement is also a great plus. I can really recommend the service and you cana manage everything on the app!

Theif is the only word appropriate for…

Theif is the only word appropriate for them. Automatically deducts payments from the account without any warning or agreement even after canceling the service. They announced a payment would be deducted in 3 days yet the money was already out of the account. We tried to remove our card from the file and the site doesn’t allow you to. Some of the cleaners are good while some literally did not clean at all.

She didn’t do the cleaning

She didn’t do the cleaning, wiped a bit on the counter. For 1300, I expected a full clean. Worst company DON’T hire them, hire someone who can truly stand for their service. Wrote and complained, never heard back. This is a SCAM company

1300 DKK for a dirty house

I had a cleaning of our house before we moved in. So the house was empty.
The panels, the door frames and the doors had stains, and the empty drawers and shelfs in the kitchen were not cleaned.
I asked them to come again to clean the panels, the doorframes and the doors, which they did. But when I checked, the doorframes still had stains.

So I ended up payed them 1300 DKK for not cleaning my empty house. That is a rip-off.

Pretty disappointed by their service

Pretty disappointed by their service.

I asked a monthly cleaning for a 80m2 appartment in order to first try. The customer service reacted fast when I asked to subscribe, they were good at explaining over the phone what they'd do. They have a user friendly app, but that's it. They told me that the first time will be more thorough than the next cleaning as they would need their cleaner to get used to the apartment. Fair enough.

I was a bit surprised by how fast he did the cleaning (1h30) and it didn't seem thorough enough. I had decluttered the space beforehand (take out toys/stuff from kitchen counter) so he could take the time to properly clean... but it was very minimal, the couch wasn't vacuumed, the wooden floors weren't mopped properly in the end.

I gave the company another chance and asked the customer service to send me another cleaner for the next cleaning, letting them know i wasn't entirely satisfied. The following time was worse, the shower wasn't cleaned properly, the tiled floors in the kitchen and bathroom were sticky afterwards and the wooden floors weren't even slightly wet when the cleaning was done... On top of that it took the cleaner 1h.

I was surprised that after complaining they wouldn't even try to make an effort in cleaning better. If they had done so, i would probably have binded to a bi-monthly subscription.

They advertised that you'd pay 650kr for an unlimited time as they'd spend as much time as necessary to clean.. but in the end you end up paying double the price of what you could find on the market for some sloppy work...

Overpriced and Poor Cleaning

High price, terrible cleaning, and when you complain, you’re met with a rude customer service team. They have been to my place a few times (with different people), and the cleanings are simply not good enough. I’d highly recommend looking for cleaning services elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience: Overpriced and Underwhelming

I had a really disappointing experience with Housekeepr.dk and feel the need to share. They charged me 724 kr for each cleaning session, which might not sound too bad until you realize they were never here for more than an hour. This means I was paying over 700 kr per hour for a cleaning job that was barely passable. Considering my home is 100 m^2, it's unrealistic to think it could be properly cleaned in such a short time. Every time they left, my place still didn’t feel clean, and things were often left out of place, adding to the feeling of messiness.

What bothered me even more was the lack of basic hygiene. The cleaners wore their shoes inside my house during every visit, which just doesn't sit right with me. It's unsanitary and not what you'd expect from a professional service.

The cleaning staff always seemed in a hurry, which I think points to issues with how Housekeepr.dk is managed rather than the workers themselves. The support team was no help either, often seeming just as confused as I was. But perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the unpredictability of their service. They give you a four-hour window, but you won’t know exactly when they’ll arrive until the morning they’re supposed to come. And there were several times they didn’t show up as planned, without any update in the app or notification. When we called to ask, we’d get some excuse without a hint of apology for the inconvenience.

For anyone thinking about using Housekeepr.dk, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The combination of high costs, mediocre cleaning, disrespect for personal space, and unreliable scheduling makes it not worth the hassle.

Overall good house keeping experience

Julia was over today to clean our apartment and did a fantastic job of cleaning our apartment. She spent a little over an hour and did a thorough job cleaning and dusting the house, especially did a good job with some stubborn stain in the bathroom.

It was also quite easy and efficient to contact and schedule the cleaning service.

The app is in Danish, but they are some standard text which can hopefully easily be translated.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the…

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other comments. I just had my first cleaning. She was nice but she was here for 1 hour and that was including the “first hour for free for intro”. I can’t see that my home has been cleaned, except the floor in the bathroom (it’s wet). I will have to wash my floors myself again and remove dust from my lamps and spiderweb. All services they state to be included. I am not a picky person and my home was not that dirty to begin with. There was superficial spots in my floor that was not even gone. I just took them away myself with a cloth.

Great app, questionable cleaning.

Great website. Great app. Questionable cleaning.

Whether the company underestimates the task at hand or lacks cleaning competences I do not know. Previous cleaning company spent 4 hours (170 m2) and was therefore also much more expensive. Housekeepr.dk try to do it in 2,5 hours and the result was as I would expect - not good enough. Gave them a decent chance to remedy and had numerous talks with them on adjusting the "plan" to fit my house. After 3 unsatisfactory cleanings I choose another provider.

To be fair they did a final cleaning of my house that was satisfactory. But I do not know what "plan" and costs that would be associated with this delivery going forward.
