This company is absolutely fraudulent.

I ordered a standard size small. When she suit arrived it was a cheap copy of the original Rang Rasiya suit.

Not only this, the measurements were upto 7-8 inches smaller than they were supposed to be in length and on chest and hips.

The Kameez was supposed to be 48 inches, however was only 42 inches.

The trousers were supposed to be plaza style, but were neither plazzo nor pencil straight trousers.

On top of that, Bushra will not let me return the suit.

Please be aware. Also I must add my suit came very late!

I Looked at the website and saw some very nice fabrics and the page layout was very unique.I would be intrested in some of the product for men. This would upgrade my wardrobe to a level of exotic but unique.

Update: STILL no reply / response / information on my refund. £184 pounds totally wasted on a piece of trash suit that I can't wear. HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS !?

I ordered my suit from House of Aqsa and it came right on time! I was extremely pleased with the stitching and overall quality of the suit as well as the customer service. I loved the suit and there were no issues with it whatsoever!! Will definitely be buying again and 100% recommend others to buy from here as well.

I placed a order on 01/05/21, Sobia Nazir Luxury Lawn unstitched material. From the get go delivery took over 10 days so i had to chase this up. I received my item on the 11/05/21 and i was absolutely furious! What I received looked nothing like the original piece online! Do not believe them, they say they sell 100% original! My A** original! What I received was a fake item, it was cut in all different pieces and looked hideous and defo not £80 worth! When i messaged the owner, she/he responded saying it is 100% original when its not. Anyone can look at the material i got and compare it to the website pics, it was completely two different things. There was parts that was missing too. Then I asked for a full refund of £80 as i was not happy at all and the owner goes there is a £20 restocking fee for all unstitched material! What a joke!!!! For what reason exactly? It was on the website policy so fair enough. I returned the parcel back on 25/05/21 with tracked delivery and still have not received a refund and now it is june. I keep getting msgs saying i will get a refund but where is my refund, they go they cant return my money on my credit card and have taken my other bank details for a transfer but still no reply! Ive never had a problem with any company! This is the first time ever, so unprofessional and a terrible service!! why are they taking so long. DEFO AVOID, ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They may have some good reviews but please read all the bad ones first and take that into consideration. I will be taking this further with the financial ombudsman services/trading standards. Defo avoid at all costs!

Never never never buy from House of Aqsa (HoA)! When I first ordered from them - they were on-hand and attentive. Once they have your order and your money it’s a different story.

I ordered over £700 worth of suits and what I received - I wouldn’t have paid £150 collectively! I put in a request for a refund firstly it was ignored and then when they realised I wasn’t going to be ignored - I was told that it was a no refund policy!

Then my texts were apparently escalated to a manager - who kindly told me that I don’t know what “designer” quality suits are!
In addition I was told to take my issues up with the designers as it’s not HoA issue.... which again was absurd - apparently I had to write to the designers!!!

HoA were swiftly reminded that as the
Retailer they are responsible for their relationship with the designer and their suppliers who they choose to work with, this means they should make every effort to give their designers the feedback! Unfortunately for them my buyer relationship was only with them and not the so called designers!

It took me over a week of numerous daily texts / messages and speaking to trading standards before any offer of a resolution was offered.
In the end HoA finally agreed to a refund.

In between that time unfortunately my niece dropped milk on the so called “designer made to measure” outfit that they sent - so I couldn’t send it back. £175 literally down the drain! The stitching and finish were shoddy to say the least. I wouldn’t have ever looked at that suit had I saw it in a shop, it was not even worth £50 let alone £175!
So unfortunately that suit was kept... It will find its way to a charity shop where someone will pay £10 for it which will go to a good cause.

In the end I received a refund for the goods I could return - minus the cost of postage!

For anyone buying from this place - let this be a warning - you are only going to receive substandard suits which will be finished with cheap tacky additions eg buttons / lace etc.
If you are ordering these as designer suits - finished to a high spec - these are not!
They do not look like the enhanced

I have advised all my friends and family to stay away from this supplier. I am sharing this on trust pilot as i do not want anyone to go through what I did. It was the worst customer experience of my life. If I could give it a ZERO rating - I would.

I am currently in dispute with this retailer since beginning of this year 10th of Feb to be precise, it's quite disgusting the way they are handling the whole situation. They first ignore your WhatsApp messages and subsequent emails. Then when they do get in contact with you they will state that the piece of clothing isn't defective, it's the nature of the product. I spend over £100 for a suit to gift my sister for an event, unfortunately that event has passed and I'm still nowhere near reaching a resolution with this company. They send me an outfit which had black and white marks on the kameez, it looked like black sharpie marks and the white marks looked like patches of something sticky.

Once the clothing shops opened up in West Midlands, i took the outfit there and all the shop owners stated that I in fact was sold a defective piece of clothing.

I have made the owner aware of the The Consumer Rights Act 2015 but seems like the law doesn't apply to her or her store.

I am looking into contacting a solicitor and trading standards to get this matter resolved if the finance company does not.

No one should be taken advantage of in this current climate, when money is already very tight as it is.

I look forward to seeing the reply to this review, because I had hoped we could have resolved this issue, but due to House of Aqsa ignoring my emails, I have had no choice but to write this review to inform anyone that is thinking of shopping from here, to think twice.

My experience with House of Aqsa has always been smooth and strsightforward. For me great customer service and efficient communication were the topmost quality. I recieved prompt and professional responses to all my queries. Especially with my recent order, i requested for a change at the last minute but they went above and beyond to fulfil that. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Highly recommended, I ordered Eid Maria b new collection dress was worried that may not come in time, but it came earlier than expected and the dress is absolutely beautiful. The stitching was good to. Definitely will be buying again.

Very disappointed. I wish I could do more research on reviews. I requested to cover all see through patches/laces. All time customer services of WhatsApp was agree and all i got my eid outfit opposite of it. I sent my measurements and shirt length, arms and neck size was opposite. All I would say read reviews first and then order or order a cheaper dress first for your experience. Don't relay on this site for the big days.
