I bought 26 bottles of kronenbourg blanc with them on 10 March 2026, delivery failed the first time for some reason via dpd (when it failed, the business asked if i wanted to collect them from the store instead, but why would i when i paid for delivery and i wasnt free to do that, that was why i chose for them to be delivered), and then after receiving them on the 2nd week from the date of my order on 25 March 2026, the beers turned up with an expiry date of feb 2026. When I asked the owners about it, they said " Beer doesn’t have a strict expiration date. The date you see (02-2026) is a best-before date, which indicates when the brewery expects the beer to be at its optimal quality then. The beer is still perfectly safe to drink after this date—often even years later—though the taste may gradually change over time.". This shouldve been highlighted on the website because if i had known, i wouldnt have bought them. It was for a special gathering at mine and what an embarrassing moment when my guests thought id served them expired beer. Also, bear in mind that I paid 1.95euros per bottle and on top of that 9.50euros for shipping, I think i deserve a better treatment. I would not shop here again and I would highly NOT recommend you shopping here for the sheer lack of integrity in this business.

Had a large shipment sent to the US and the House of Beers team did a great job with packaging and working with FedEx when the shipment got delayed during the import process.

The website looks fancy and hence we were trapped into making an order with them. After placing the order, I called them and asked about the delivery timelines, the guy said it will be delivered for sure by thursday, There was no delivery, when I asked for update, the guy says he doesnt know anything and instead of helping with finding the parcel, he takes no ownership and says it is the delivery partner, we dont know. They charge extra money for the postal and then say, they dont know shit. He was very rude, unpolite, disrespectful and didnt help in finding the parcel at all. Promised updates by Mon but no updates. I call him to follow up, he is enjoying his stupid holiday in Scotland. Nobody gives a shit about stupid holiday when you dont do your job properly. When customers order from your website, you are responsible for end-to-end delivery and cannot say that it is the job of delivery partner when you charged 10 eur extra for delivery and then want to go enjoy your stupid holiday after stealing ppl's money and time. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this website bcz they are really bad with the customer service and are irresponsible.

Great beer shop, very well stocked; especially on US beers that are hard to find in Europe. Shipping is fast, and the beers are well packaged.

They have a lot of great beers but don't always pay attention to the correct vintage. I ordered a couple vintage beers for my birthday and they sent me totally different vintages, and one was a different beer altogether. I had even sent them an email beforehand asking that they would communicate any inventory issues before sending the box, but they did not. They offered a partial refund. It seems to me that their lack of attention is making their own job harder. Regardless, they have a great selection and it's almost worth trying to order some nice beers.

I ordered 17 bottles of beer and paid for them. I was told there are only 13. I asked to recieve those, and did so. But still, I am waiting to be refunded for the 4 bottles I have paid for :(
