Complete scam ordered some Dior Sauvage before Christmas and never arrived emailed several times and responded once saying they will resend but again nothing, AVOID.

SCAM, been over 2 months and nothing, no help

I recently ‘bought’ items from this company who I don’t think even exist! I paid £65.50 on 2/1/24 I had all the tracking and confirmation emails so I assumed all was ok but I never received my goods. However, it’s good news, thanks to another review I contacted my bank and today I’ve got my money back. I seriously thought with being scammed by these people that my money was gone. I paid by Mastercard debit and thought I wouldn’t have any comeback because I hadn’t paid by credit card. These people have no intention of sending your order so please contact your bank and hopefully you will be refunded like I have. I’m with Virgin money and had to prove the transaction with as much info as I had such as any emails/texts to and fro. I wasn’t hopeful at all so please try and get your money back. I genuinely thought I was buying from House of Fraser in the first instance from a store that was closing down and had surplus stock.

Scam and using a household name. They give you a royal mail tracking number but it will never register on their site and then they show you their fraud tracking site saying that your item has been delivered which is hasn't. Facebook and other sites are doing nothing to stop them as they using a household name and labeling as them. Disgusting

If you get scammed by this fraudulent company contact your bank asap.. I got scammed in December & my bank were helpful in getting my money back .. I complained to Facebook about the ad & reported to Action Fraud which wasn’t any help to be honest..

Ordered Creed Aventus for men, at £44.70. Paid with my John Lewis Credit Card. Much the same story as above. Despite a 3 week wait, nothing happened. I even received a delivered to my address confirmation. I was in all day, but nothing was delivered. CCTV showed an Amazon delivery plus my postman that day, which was fine.
Contacted JL Credit Card explaining situation who took up the case. Received a full refund a week later.
I'm still not sure who refunded the money, but at least, I got it back.
Lesson learned!

I ordered a Channel perfume for my daughter which I paid for albeit a discounted price which looked too good to be true. That should have been a RED FLAG. Order was confirmed to my email. Tracking number given. Product had not arrived. You cannot track through the tracking number. Site says shipped. That was over a month back. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. SCAM. SCAMMERS.

Unfortunately it is a scam. I was impressed by the Instagram advert (which i thought was solicited) but the websites down now anyway.

Ordered £49 worth.Got tracking number tracked from 4/1/24 to 25/1/24 said had been delivered ,NO IT HAD NOT,DO NOT USE THIS THIS SITE TO ORDER IT IS A SCAM ,FACEBOOK YOU SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND WIPE THEM OFF YOUR PAGE.

I got taken in with this one too. At the time I thought it seemed too good to be true but still spent around £60. Stupid!!!

Got tricked through Facebook. Total scam. Spent £48 on 22/12/23. Was given tracking number courier 17track. Tracked all the way from china only to find after 21 days the parcel happens to have been delivered to addressee but l never received anything. Phoned credit card company and received immediate refund. I hold Facebook fully responsible allowing Chinese scammer to operate on their website. I always use my credit card for absolute protection.

I’m one of those who fell for it! Do not buy from these scum bags. Wished I read reviews first thankfully I only lost £28.
They even sent me an email to respond to them as they stated “””we are looking into it” yeh right. So I sent a nasty email back I know it won’t do any good.
How they can advertise on social media is beyond me.

SCAM!!! They made it look so real - proper order confirmation , tracking details etc but goods never arrive !!! No details for customer service . No response to emails . Contact your bank to try recoup money

SCAM site. Do not touch. Luckily I bought using my MasterCard and they have been amazing at dealing with this. You will never receive your items and dodgy emails re shipping from China.

Pure SCAM. They have nothing with House of Fraser in UK. Avoid at all cost. I am trying to get my money back through my credit card (luckily i not used debit one).

I ordered Tom Ford aftershave on the 26 December been following the tracking and on the 19th January the item was claimed to be delivered but cant find anything . As I expected a scam . Lesson to myself if it looks to good be true its a scum .

Wish I’d found these reviews before ordering, tracker now says it’s delivered to my address but haven’t had a thing and suspect I never will.I never even thought I wasn’t ordering from THE House of Fraser until it said delivery from China!!
i have found my bank to be extremely helpful in helping me recover the money I paid out though.
