I had an excellent hearing test and review with Kim at Knutsford on 30 July. Kim was extremely professional and thorough and very friendly . She went to great lengths to update my Opticon hearing aids and make them easier to use and adjust. The receptionist was azaleas very efficient and friendly. Top service !
Really great service, I booked to have some stubborn ear wax removed, I managed to get a next day appointment.
Kim at Knutsford was superb, explained the procedure, allayed any concerns, performed a speedy microsuction procedure and did a full hearing test. Hearing never been so clear in years - best £60 I’ve spent in ages. Thank you 🙏
