Excellent service and advice from Phillip, the Audiologist at the St Andrews branch of House of Hearing. No pressure to purchase hearing devices and I was given ample time to try different hearing aids before deciding on what suited me best. Highly recommended.
Philip was very kind and explained my test result and my options carefully.
Clare, on Reception, is very welcoming.
Philip was very efficient with my hearing test and mended one of my aids.
Altogether a professional team.
Fantastic service from House of Hearing St Andrews. Phillip and the team provide excellent care and advice in a thoroughly professional, courteous and friendly manner.
They made me feel very relaxed and dealt with my problem very professional.
The clinic was opposite a car park. It was bright and clean. The nurse showed me the inside view of both ears. The vacuum was noisy but quickly and painlessly it removed the offending wax.
Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The person who did the consultation explained things clearly.
