From the moment we visited, chose our puppy and sat back to wait we had messages and videos to help pass the time. The whole family joined the WhatsApp so it’s was excitement all round. It was obvious from the start how caring Natalie is and she gives you so much information and advice it instills confidence that together we ensure our little girl goes from a 5* breeder to a 5* home.

We just took ownership of a beautiful Pup from House of Jacks. From initial contact everyrhing felt right when dealing with Natalie. She really is a special lady.
The pups they have are first class and absolutely beautiful. You get to meet the parents of your pup. They come with first vaccination, wormed, fleaed and microchipoed. She explains everyrhing from transfer of ownership in great detail. You get a full pack of paperwork including weight chart, behavior chart, birth cert, vacs record etc. She gave us some of their own company raw dog food (which is excellent and we will not feed out pup anything else and can order for next day delivery), we also got kibble dog food. You fet a scented blanket, teething toy. She also sells a Ranger of beds, harnesses etc so you can get everything you need.
The whole experience has been a delightful one. Our Cookie is one beautiful girl and has settled into out house with ease.
Id like to give 10 stars if I could. So glad we got out pup from Natalie and House of Jacks. They are brilliant and I cannot give enough praise yo her and her company.

We are so glad that we picked House of Jacks !! Natalie was amazing from the first phone call to the collection. We met Anakin at only one week old ! Every week we had pup dates from Natalie of info videos and lovely pic with mum and dad. You can tell from the moment you meet Natalie how passionate she is about the dogs in her care . thanks again natalie for allowing us to get ANOTHER baby from you gizzy is such a beautiful natured girl she is small super intelligent and her colours are unique it is testament to you as i watched you with the pups and like most other breeders YOU ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT you genuinely treat them all like your own so anyone considering a JRT please give house of jacks a visit you will NOT leave there without buying one and this is a geuine review !!! 💙

I’ve had my puppy ‘Bear’ for 7 weeks now, I picked him up at 8 weeks old. House of Jacks have been amazing since my first contact with them, sending lots of videos & pictures of the pups. From viewing them with no pressure & welcoming hospitality, we met all the dogs at Natalie’s home & had some time to spend with the available puppies. All the dogs in the home are very friendly & happy which is a joy to see. I would have no issue in purchasing another & I have already said to Natalie I’ll be back! My puppy is very intelligent & turns heads everywhere due to his unique colour. The entire process is a pleasure & they are very supportive afterwards. Natalie really is a first class breeder who goes above and beyond when you buy your puppy from House of Jacks.
She does so much before you take your puppy home, 1st vaccination, wormed, microchipped and supplies food and everything you could possibly need.
Natalie was brilliant from start to finish, always available 24/7 for any advice needed.
She was so kind and even drove nearly two hundred miles to meet us half way to deliver our puppy as it was a four hour trip for us.
Sox has made our family complete and I can't recommend this company highly enough.
House of Jacks is the best breeder I've ever had the privilege to meet.

The whole experience could not have been better. Natalie was always quick to respond to any questions. Sent videos of the birth and regular pupdates videos as our puppy grew and developed which was priceless and added no end to our excitement!

We were made to feel very welcome on our visit to meet our puppy when only 4 weeks old. We got to meet mum, dad and various other dogs from the pack.

Natalie clearly cares very much for her dogs and they all looked happy and the picture of health.

I would have no hesitation in recommending The House Of Jacks to anyone looking for a Jack Russell pup.
