I ordered for 80£ sep, but received nothing. Since then the website is unavailable. They dont reply to emails. So rude!!! I was so looking forward to receive my posters :(

I have placed an order on the 17th of September and they sent a confirmation email and the amount was withdrawn on the same day. Today is the 9th of Oktober and I haven’t received any thing. Meanwhile I have tried to contact them by email twice without any response from them. In addition to this they don’t have a phone number to be contacted at. This was my first experience and I am very disappointed.

I placed an order over a month ago..6th September for 3 prints. Today is 7th October and I still have not received them. They advertise to ship in 6 days on their website. The most frustrating part is customer service. Nobody responds to emails and I have sent quite a few by now. I also asked to refund as i still havent received anything but no response from them again. Have made all my friends aware not to order from them as it feels like a scam website now!

Ordered 5 prints and one large canvas. Everything was beautiful but unfortunately the canvas came with the middle beam broken. Reached out to customer support and they were quick and efficient!

They offered to send me a replacement or refund and keep/recycle the item.

Already placed another order!
Their commitment to customer satisfaction shines through, and I appreciate their dedication to making things right. I'd definitely recommend them!

Terrible customer service.

Ordered a set of art on 1st September, it's now 6th October and I've not received it. Having contacted them via instagram and email I was hoping for some information as to why it's taking so long except the fail to acknowledge the email or message. Instead sent email trying to lure me into buying more. I do not recommend and will never buy from them again!

I placed an order for 2 prints costing £35.00 + £5.90 for delivery. It said the delivery time is 2-6 business days. It has been 2 weeks and i have not received anything. The customer service team has not responded to my queries. I messaged on Instagram, email and contacted customer support. They have not got back to me!! I am OUTRAGED!! IT'S A SCAM!! STAY AWAY!!

I ordered some posters months ago costing me £100, and have received nothing! It states on the website it delivers within 6 days and that’s totally false. I have emailed the company and they do not respond. I tried to warn others on their instagram posts, but they turn off the comments because other people have tried doing this too.
They kept the money and not sent anything.

On 25/01/2024 I placed an order for Remember Me Kombination × 1 for £53.11 GBP. The date is now 28/03/2024 the item has still not arrived. I would avoid this company.

It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered two posters. I haven’t recieved anything although it says 6 working days on the website. I have contacted them twice via their contact portal on website and no response!
Don’t use this website! It’s a scam!

I received the wrong poster. After I contacted them about it they told me they would send me the correct one if I sent them an image of the wrong poster that I received. When I replied to them with the image they totally ghosted me and I never heard from them again. I tried to contact them again but still no reply...I also never received the right poster.

Packaged well done and super fast delivery. I did some research before I ordered to make sure this site is legit. I read some bad reviews and took my chance. I got my order fast so I dont know why the negative reviews.

I have not received an order confirmation and the item has not arrived yet. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered.

I want to thank you for fast delivery. I received my package undamaged, and of course my ordered product was beautiful. I recommend everyone to place an order with House Of Kaman.

My experience was very good without any problems.
