Excellent Customer Experience
I found their website easy to navigate and find the products that I wanted at a really good price. I received confirmation of my order immediately and I received my order within the time specified. My parcel was beautifully wrapped in brown paper with a handwritten thank you before being put into plastic. A really good experience and I will definitely use them again.

First but not last purchase
Love Drops yarns, only use small quantities for toy knitting and was very pleased with the range and price from House of Knits. Communication and delivery excellent too and the tea bag a lovely touch.
