Amazing service and the plants were beautiful and in perfect condition. I have ordered with other online plant companies and delivery was slow and I had to also take delivery of a large crate. House of Plants were fast and plants packaged well in easily disposed/recycled packaging. Already planning my next purchase.

Excellent - highly recommend them
I recently bought a Kentia palm and all I can say is I am the happiest I have ever been with a plant I have ever bought! It looks even better than the pictures, arrived in a very health condition, the staff were extremely helpful and the delivery prompt and on the day they told me it would arrive. Will probably only ever buy plants from them now and highly recommend to anyone else. Great value for money as well - I really am delighted.

Superb customer service
Sometimes it's when things don't go exactly right first time, that the true nature of a company is exposed. In my case shipping a two meter palm half way up the country was always a challenge. The plant that I ordered arrived within a couple of days, but unfortunately the courier had damaged some of the fronds. House of Plants immediate replaced the plant, without question and full apology, I would recommend this company to everyone.

Great service
I ordered two large plants for the office.
They answered all my questions really quickly and and called me to arrange a delivery.
the delivery was rather fast. The plants arrived in perfect condition and all wrapped carefully. The pot is really nice too.
Extremely please, would recommend to anyone.

Excellent plants!
I ordered a rubber plant and kentia palm from House of Plants and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. The plants arrived as scheduled, neatly packed and were left as instructed. They look really healthy with hardly any blemishes. The rubber plant is amazing with its glossy leaves. Highly recommended.
