The bench radiator we purchased looks lovely and the quality of build is really good.
The house of Radiators customer services team provided good updates regarding the manufacture timeline and the delivery.

Clare was very helpful and explained what heat output we would need from the radiators for our rooms. It was great to see the radiators in the showroom, it's not always possible to see exactly what you're buying online.

Clare also made sure that the radiators arrived on time for our build.

Lisa was so helpful, coordinating everything from home due to Covid restrictions.
Colour samples arrived by post to help with ordering and Lisa kept me advised all through the production process, even when there was going to be a delay.
The radiator was delivered direct to me by the manufacturer and looks great.

Without ever losing patience with us, the director and his daughter helped us with all our questions and many changes to our preferred choices of products and manufacturers. They offered us good old fashioned and honest service and always received us with geniality and willingness to help. The director visited us, free of charge, to assess and discuss our needs and preferences. Their quotes were competitive and attractive, and with their expert help, we purchased a set of radiators that met our very specific requirements. We like to add we the company and the staff were previously unknown to us and we found the company after a google search. We have no doubt that our happy experience is shared by many other their customers. We wholeheartedly recommend the House of Radiators.
