Don’t order anything , someone from the customer service sending the same email saying „sorry , we will give you refund ….” I’ve ordered mine 25.09.2025. We have 27.11.2025. Never get my things , never got my money , never heard from them again , SCAMMER!!!!!

am not sure if this is even a legit website. I ordered because they were offering express 2-3 day delivery. I placed the order over a month ago, but i got no order confirmation emails, no tracking number, and when i contacted them, all they could say was sorry and that they were trying to email me but it wont go through. I askd them to send me the info through the email that we are communicating but they still didnt give me any info. I requested a refund. If they dont do this properly i will have to deal with them through my bank now. Dont order from them

Ordered 2x dresses on the 03/10/25 never arrived I have been arguing with these people since for a full refund , I am still trying to get a refund … please people DO NOT BUY terrible company and very poor customer service !! I have reported to trading standards and police for the theft of my money !!!!!

I ordered a dress back in July for my wedding vow renewal. It never came. I contacted them and they said they were inundated and would refund me my money. I have emailed them over 39 times, no refund! Don’t be fooled by these rip off merchants
