Very easy to navigate the site and filter but every time you click on a floor plan and try to zoom in on the screen up it will automatically refresh your screen. It’s very aggravating but I just kept screenshotting them and going back to my pictures to view the floor plan

Loving this site so far
Loving this site so far. I have downloaded 2 set of plans already. The options here are endless. Houseplans opens your mind to possibilities and they've done all the work already or atleast most of it. There's no way you won't find several plans you like here but my advice is not to go with the first plan you like, keep looking. Otherwise, you'd spend twice and there's no refund.

House plans were very old and used the old dimensional lumber measurements. Totally unusable for modern lumber. I received 4 plan sheets only, for the price of these plans I expected more detail and cross section plans on the method of building.
