Great plans for a great cottage
I have been looking at the plans for the little english cottage.For several months now and was excited to purchase the plans on black friday. It was great to receive twenty percent off. I also decided to buy the documents that would help me buy all of the right materials for building the cottage. Everything worked very smoothly, and I'm so excited to receive my plans

I ordered the plans reversed but they…
I ordered the plans reversed but they sent them regular layout. When I called it their attention it took days to get a response and basically they wanted me to pay again for reverse set. Fortunately, the actual drafter of the plans reached out to me and was happy to provide the reverse set at no charge. I would never recommend house plans.com based on my experience with them

Price for standard pdf
Price for standard pdf. I asked for the outside walls to be ICF block. The quote I got back was for over 8k… and the reason was because it would have to be engineered. But the drawings would still have to be approved be an engineer in my state. Seams like a lot of wasted time and money

Our designers and draftsmen take every care to make sure the updates are made throughout the plan. Engineering can also add up, though it is necessary in some areas.
