Bought a plan but it looked not…

Bought a plan but it looked not comprehensive enough for the price. There was a 15% off deal running but I only noticed it after my purchase so, I called customer service to see if they will honor it, but they would not and were unfriendly, to say the least. You would think that if i’m paying $1500 (for a very small plan), I’d at least get a discount. Also, I will still have to pay someone extra almost $2000 in addition to $1500 to do a more comprehensive plan in order to build :(. So upset and disappointed, not to mention SO MUCH! money spent on something mediocre.
