Pre Planning Package
I ordered the pre planning package and was really impressed with the quality of the plans and the great choice of house designs. Just waiting for some (hopefully) positive feedback from the planning department and then I'll definitely buy the full planning pack.

For £4.99 I would expect more than just 3 photos which I had already taken as screenshots.
No heights, no dimensions, no materials, no supplier information....just 3 photos. Waste of money, don’t bother.

Thank you for your feedback. I have tracked your order and attempted to contact you using the email address supplied on a couple of occasions but have been unable to reach you as yet. As explained in my email, I can only assume there has been some technical issue with the download provided to you, as the pre-planning package does include width, depth and height dimensions, as well as indicative elevation drawings, floor plans and 3D images. I have emailed a copy of this to you for information.
With regard to your comment that no materials or supplier information is included, we don't specify these details and never have done. Our clients are based all over the UK so there would be no benefit in naming a supplier who might be the other side of the country, as they would most likely not be competitive. We are always happy to answer any questions in this respect but there is no value to our customers in a 'one size fits all' approach when it comes to materials and suppliers.
I apologise on behalf of Houseplansdirect if the plans you received were incomplete or the file corrupted. Our system is automated and so unless an issue is raised with us, we will not be aware there's anything wrong. I'm sorry that you felt you did not want to raise your concerns with us, we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so are always happy to address any feedback received, good or bad.

Blown away with the brilliant service.
Fantastic service. I had a few queries, contacted Andy by email and he replied the following morning answering all of my question, with further info about the site and how they could help us. He went above and beyond.
Also took the time to ask my feed back on his site as changes are happening. Which I thought was fantastic because it shows that they care about their customers and their view.

Andy has been really helpful in making a few changes to the plans. Looking forward to helpful planners and a good build.
Update. Planning permission granted. Andy made the whole thing so simple by having a vast selection of different building designs ready to submit. He dealt with the toughest part of the process happily, speedily and economically. All we had to do was choose the design and let him know what changes to make.

Spec I thorough but could do with some editing
Spec I purchased was good. It could do with been edited using standard word formating to make removing certain spec clauses easier. It is thoroughly though.
