Positive experience with HouseSigma. The platform works well and it generally has the information needed to help with the decision making. The agent was thorough, competent and attentive to our needs and requests.

Its being observed from the last few months that the property value/price going to be more N more dropped in the coming time. I guess but its depends on how many buyer in the market and currently they have legibility approved by the any bank accordingly his/her minimum pay rate 17.85 they being hired by the companies who asked the Q. from the candidate on the time of interview that how much skills do you have bullshit thing they asking in the CANADA/ rather in the Australia (Award Rates: As of July 2025, manufacturing-related process roles start at an hourly rate of approximately $29.00 per hour) at the moment.
Just imagine who has skilled worker in that country obviously they are getting 40-50 AUD per hour and+ OT so in this country any candidate who is getting $17.85/18/19 at the same production worker when they could be such a dream to built their home for his/her family after working 5 years in this country NOT a possible ......................!

I don’t usually write reviews, and I know its cliche for me to say that, but it’s true. My experience with House Sigma has been so positive I am more than happy to write one.
The service itself its great, and the app is very easy to use. However, I want to especially highlight my realtor, Yang Yu. He is an amazing realtor who truly went above and beyond and stuck by me even when the situation seemed hopeless.
He came to every viewing session with a printed out list of each unit and all of the important details. We probably viewed around 30-40 units together, and for a while none were willing to accept my offer. Despite that, Yang never gave up. He specifically said to me “I will help until we find a property,” and that is exactly what he did.
After what felt like forever and an endless amount of apartment viewings, we finally found the perfect place. I am incredibly grateful for all of Yang’s hard work, support, patience, and dedication and professionalism throughout the process. If you want to find a place, work with Yang Yu.
