Finding places to view was incredibly easy, and communicating with our agent was effortless. He helped us view all our properties in 1 day as we were driving from out of town. He was punctual, kind, and very helpful throughout the process.

I had a fantastic experience with Allen Naseri (for the second time). Both times, he helped me patiently going through all of the steps of the required forms for listing a unit and finding a new tenant.

The first time, I was even out of the country, but the communication was always clear and easy with him remotely. In each case (in-person or remotely), Allen managed to find me a very high quality tenant with great financial stability, which is all a landlord can ask for.

Allen Naseri is very pleasant to interact with, makes the whole tenant finding process a breeze, and quickly irons out the occasional wrinkles along the way. He also always has a smile that can even be seen via the audio phone. Strongly recommended! :)

We were interested in purchasing a house, but didn’t know where to start. We first turned to HouseSigma to see what was out there, and eventually reached out on their site to see a house and were paired with one of their realtors. That realtor, Armita Zohoor, was amazing. She took the time to show us many houses to learn what we truly wanted and began narrowing down what was out there to fit our needs and wants. We eventually settled on one very beautiful house that was above what we were planning to go for, however thanks to her advice and negotiation skills we managed to close on that house, or should I say our future home. We really want to thank Armita again, she went above and beyond and is truly the best realtor we have ever dealt with.

From start to finish, my experience with Eshan Kapur and housesigma has been exceptionally positive. He was able to get me into to see properties very quickly, and at no point did I feel pressured or judged. When we finally found the right house (after I dragged us out to a few stinkers and a couple of maybes) Eshan came through with a great plan of action, and negotiated on my behalf with the seller, securing the home at significantly less than I would have thought possible, even though he knew I could afford more and was willing to go up and that would increase his take home. That's the sort of integrity you really hope you have in your corner when making such an important purchase. If you're looking for a home east of Toronto, Eshan Kapur is a great bet.

Our agent Hilly is one of the best. She was so helpful and always making her time when we were still looking the right condos suitable for our liking. She is very knowledgeable and she's always provide positive feedbacks. After we found our condo, all other transaction were so smooth. She recommended the home inspector, our closing lawyer where all turns out good

What made the experience great was that Evan reached out to us first about helping us find a home. He was so good with communicating and making sure we were comfortable with what we were doing. Very patient with the whole process and gave great feedback and advice. We appreciate all is help in everything he has done.
