We've just finished our first housesit through Housesit Match, and everything ran nice and smoothly. Highly recommended

As somewhat anxious first-timers, Lamia provided us with very timely and reassuring responses to our queries, and helped to make our experience very successful. We will certainly use HouseSit Match again.

Fantastic website and service. Lamia put our add out on Saturday evening and by Monday morning we had our pet sitters. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I am sure it is the beginning of our long term pet and house sitting relationship.

Signing up with HouseSit Match was a very easy process and I find the website very user friendly. Although I signed up only last week, I have already posted a house-sit and had it filled! The support I've received, when I've needed it, is second to none.

Housesitmatch is run by the owner Lamia. Her work ethic is amazing. My wife and I were looking for house & cat sitters for our home in Andalucia, Spain. We normally put our cat Dora into a luxury cat suite where she is pampered, but we had to go Scotland on business for 2 months this summer and we felt that this was too long to have her cooped up. Friends suggested a house sitter and we saw an article about Housesitmatch in a local newspaper. I sent in an email enquiry and Lamia phoned me within the hour. She promised that she would find us a suitable house sitter.

After a few false starts, we were contacted by a lovely Welsh couple and between us all, we sorted everything out. They flew to our local airport and I picked them up in our car. I offered them the use of the car during their stay and they gratefully accepted. When we had to leave for our flight, they drove us to the airport and picked us up on our return. The deal is that no money changes hands - we got a wonderful couple to look after our house and cat, and they got an enjoyable holiday with a car thrown in. They left our house absolutely spotless for our return. We've booked them for next August.

I can hugely recommend Housesitmatch. It's a fantastic concept and the business is run brilliantly.

As an old cynic I can only speak as I find. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the founder of HouseSit Match and her staff. Friendly, caring and efficient. As have been the house sitters who have looked after my home and cats. If anyone has any doubts about using Housesit Match? Doubt no more. This company is absolutely 1st Class. I am a very happy old cynic, thankyou HSM.

Excellent communications between the housesit match team and ourselves resulting in a smooth registration and for us a successful first house sit.

I used HouseSitMatch to find cat/house sitters for 2 weeks in September 2018. I was immediately contacted by a couple from Slovenia...she a retired doctor and he a food technologist. They proved to be excellent with our pets and in looking after our property. We now count them as friends and feel grateful to HouseSitMatch for the convenient and rapid response we had in making contact with a delightful couple.

We did not have any experience when looking for a house sitter. They 'held our hand' throughout and found a great sitter to cover our absence for a 2 month holiday, looking after both the house and our pets.
It all worked really well and we will definitely look to using them again when we next want a sitter

My original sitters unfortunately had to cancel through health reasons just before I was about to go away ....lamia stepped in at the last minute and house sat in their place
Lamia was extremely easy to deal with and kept in touch with me regularly to let me know what was happening...she and my dog were good friends by the time I returned and it was obvious she had enjoyed lamias company
The house was left exactly how I had left it
I can't thank lamia enough for the service she provided with the minimum of fuss I would certainly use them again in the future

Housesit. Match has helped us greatly by enabling us to explore house sitting. They look at ways to fine tune their website to the benefit of others, making it easier to use. Lamia the owner is always available to help and will do so as quickly as possible. The yearly membership is value for money and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent value for what you receive. There are many sitters available, we had a nice couple apply and accepted within 36 hours which takes a big weight off our minds. The customer service is second to none. What a great idea. Highly recommended.

Found someone relatively quickly and easily and then had loads of people interested, but it was all organised without too much hassle and good to know that there was a large choice of house sitters interested so that we could take our pick

This is a wonderful service, allowing you to go away from your home with the peace of mind that your home is safe and your pets are very happy. I’ve had a great experience with Housesit Match from start to finish and would recommend it to anyone looking to use it.

As a new HouseSit pet client I found the website very easy to use and instantly I was signed up with a photo of me and my cat and a description of our apartment and stay. I have had numerous responses and will certainly continue to use HouseSit Match for my future pet sitting needs.

I liked the fast response and how staff treated me. Always kind and helpful. I didnd give 5 stars because my profile photo was changed without asking me and the symbols “????” Were added to my description also without request. I mean, my profile was edited and exhibited without warning me. And the website and is not user friendly. But so far so good. I think this rating and feedback would be properly requested after my house sitting experience... than I can offer a complete feedback of thenservice.
