Housetie basically stole $420 from us
To begin, they responded quickly when we were asking questions leading to the purchase, but after it was very difficult. They wouldn't respond to emails or calls. FInally found that texting their number got a response. So, we bought 4 chairs that were decent quality but different enough from the online representation that they didn't work for us and they agreed to do a refund. We shipped them, got confirmation of delivery from USPS, and then nothing. Weeks of no responses and when they did respond it was useless ("please send us proof of delivery," which we did, then no response, then the same question, etc.). They finally started responding that they never received them, then repeated that. We tried working with USPS but that got nowhere. If I had time and funds, I'd try legal action, but it'd cost more than its worth. DO NOT trust these people.
