Recently I have contracted Housewise for End to End Property Management services for my flat in Kolkata.I would like to thank the entire House wise team for the excellence support in helping me to rent out my property. Worst guys from tenant perspective. I think this would hit the owners also as the tenants feel suffocated due to the way these guys operate. For the repairs they say it is tenant's responsibility. No clarity on the rent increases. They try to appease owners but if the tenant is not happy owners lose the business too.

Dealing with Sandhya was like trying to get water from a stone, if the stone also had a massive attitude problem. Here’s a quick breakdown of the "service" provided:
​Ghosting Expert: She was incredibly fast at replying when it was time to collect the deposit. The moment the paperwork started, she vanished.
​Total Lack of Transparency: She conveniently "forgot" to mention several hidden maintenance fees and issues with the property that were glaringly obvious the day I moved in.
​Rudeness as a Policy: When I tried to follow up on promised repairs, she was condescending and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for the bare minimum.
​Unreliable: We had scheduled three different walkthroughs; she was late to two and completely stood me up for the third without so much as a "sorry"

I recently got rent agreements prepared through Houswise for two of my flats, one in Noida and another in Thane, and had a very good experience overall. Pranali coordinated the entire process smoothly and responded to my queries promptly, which made the experience much easier as a customer. I was also happy with the pricing, as the charges were reasonable compared to some other companies. I would highly recommend their services and would gladly work with them again in the future.
