Purchase of a flat at Manor Farm Court…

Our Father's purchase of a flat at Manor Farm Court near daughter seemed ideal and his current home isolated almost sold. Then care Manager at Manor Court called him for an interview which he described as a terrible ordeal. My sister present says he was 'grilled' and became flustered. He was turned down despite a good medical report and like us is devastated. The flat 20 Manor farm Court is being sold to a higher bidder. I found the care Manager to be rude and aggressive. Would someone look into please.

Not a CARE home

We have a friend in Extra care housing's The Retreat, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire. Their website describes this at "care-led development - with on-site care staff (24 hours / 7 days)". Experience seems to be that the attitude that more that voiced by an employee "this is not a care home, we expect residents to be self sufficient".
