Great product (helped a lot at the first accident. The replacement process was easy, worked well. The only question I have (and have not jet found info on) is sustainability. I have one triggered high tech product and would love to check it back in in order to have it re-used, maybe in parts. Is this possible, feasible?

I love my airbag but I ...

I love my airbag but I had to buy a new one because after about 3 years only the battery could not be charged any more. I was told that it could not be exchanged. Hövding generously offered a 25% reduction which I am very grateful for. But I think that for such a high price product it is amazing that the battery cannot be replaced, all the more with view to eco-design. I strongly advise the technicians to put some more effort and research into that!

Hövding is easy to use and saved me!

I had an accident on my bike with my Hövding on. I was fully protected. It deployed very quickly and smoothly. Now I needed a new Hövding. I purchased my new one online and it was delivered in just a few days. I also purchased the insurance for my Hövding at the time of purchase. I was able to connect my new Hövding to the App on my phone easily. I am a very happy customer.

All in all good experience, no receipt

Order went well, everything was quick and easy, discount code worked. Package was shipped right away, fedex though took it once across Europe which didn’t seem very efficient.
The biggest issue I have is that you don’t get a receipt with your purchase. Neither via email, nor with the product. That’s quite annoying.

I just reply to HÖVDING comment.
What they say it is not the truth and I have documentation for that.
After the 1st answer - which was to update the system - which I did - without success,
They heard from me again and they rejected my complaint automatically - they wrote me that I had already wrote a complaint about the battery last in 0-4 hours.
I just tried to make a new complaint 10 minutes ago and they REJECTED that AGAIN automatically with the same reason - that I had already sent a rejected complaint before.
UPDATING THE SOFTWARE AND RESETTING THE HELMET AND THE APP DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THE BATTERY IS DIFECT
