Brought this for my grandson who is 8 and he loves it and is having so much fun

I got two of them for Christmas for my kiddos. 7&8. They’re sturdy and so much fun! They are a little fast and it takes a while to get used to balancing.. but once you do and stay sturdy with your core you’ll love it! They’re great quality and easy to get used to.

The website says if you see it online they have the Hoverboard in stock. Well I ordered 2 Hoverboards and received a phone call a week later telling me they didn’t have one of the colors I needed. I had to end up getting two of the same color. The Hoverboards were ordered 2 days a part but the second Hoverboard took over a week longer to arrive. It arrived Christmas Eve, which is ridiculous because it was ordered at the beginning of December! Also, make sure you know you have to be home to sign for the shopment of the Hoverboard. I made several calls to the company and they were not helpful with any of problems. Last, the chrome Hoverboards scratch too easily!

Item was shipped quickly, and our daughter was really excited and happy to receive it for Christmas. It balanced easily, looks great, and runs very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Very prompt only issue I had was picture on the box was supposed to be a Birthday gift was dropped on my front porch and My granddaughter saw it

Bought the hover board for my granddaughter for Christmas. It was everything she wanted and more!

I bought three hover boards. My grandsons love them. They’ve been on them since they got them. The shipping was fast and the packaging was fantastic. I definitely recommend this company and I will come back for future purchases.

My teens birthday is two days after Christmas, and even in the middle of the Christmas rush we ordered on Friday and it was here in time for my boys birthday! It’s beautiful it’s good quality and my son is absolutely thrilled with it. The Bluetooth speaker on it has an amazing sound and it runs around like a dream! I also ordered the helmet and pads to go with it and they are excellent quality, good and sturdy! I would recommend this company to anybody. I’m even thinking of buying one for myself!

My hover board messed up one day after I got it

I’ve been calling customer service for the past 2 weeks because I never received my package. I am Mr.Krotz . I ordered my kids Christmas gifts from you guys , and never received it . But the customer service lady told me that you guys cancelled my claim.

Arrived quickly and exactly as described!

Our boys love the 8.5” all terrain. We live in the country and they go on gravel, grass and concrete with no issues at all. Glad we spent the extra for the all terrain.

The day after placing the order, I received e-mail confirmation that the hoverboard had shipped. Within a few days, it was on my door step. I was pleasantly surprised on the quick response and how quickly I received my purchase. My daughter loves her new board and I couldn't be more pleased.

I ordered 2 Hover boards and only received 1. I ordered these 2 weeks ago and still have not received the 2nd board. Both of these were Christmas presents and here we are Dec. 29th.
