This whole experience from start to finish was easy and efficient. Everyone on the team was so friendly and helpful all the way to the finality of my journey! I got clarity on timeshares from the agent, she informed me to go with Airbnb as far as vacation spots. Thanks Lisa for the info she was on point.

Kyle Marsh was very helpful and efficient. I had signed up with GEVC and then when I tried calling their customer service or accessing anything online there was no way to see anything. I couldn’t book, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and then I began to worry that it really all was a sham. So I reached out to How2cxl and Kyle called me first thing in the morning. He said since I was in a window of cancellation without commitment he would help me out before I had bigger issues. I couldn’t have done it without him.

We called Bridget Fink, I was in a panic as we made a huge mistake buying into a timeshare that there was all kinds of hidden fees etc. fortunately, we were within 10 days of canceling to get a full refund but the way she helped me was outstanding and unbelievable. She stayed on the phone with me for hours helping me locate the verbiage in the contract and even sent me emails with a template so that I could write the cancellation letter she sent me PDF files that I would not have been able to retrieve without her help if there were 10 stars I’d give her 12 she’s an amazing lady very professional polite. If she lived near to me, I’d probably take her out to dinner to thank her for her help

Perfect experience working with them! Im terrible with names and cant remember exactly, but Maryanne or Maribelle (a name beginning with Mary!) helped me and answered all my questions perfectly. Even grabbed a manager at one point to double check the answer to the niche question i asked. Highly recommend working with them, they truly want to help people who have been screwed into buying timeshares!
