It was a true joy to help you out, and I’m pleased that we found a smart way to structure your loans, to service your needs and wishes. Regarding the negotiations, you mention, are you absolutely right that it’s part of the service. I’m sorry if you feel this part was missing a little bit, but I can assure you it was there.
Your case was a little bit special, as we had to change credit-institution pretty late in the process. As you know, the reason for changing institution, was that the loan we found best for you, was roughly 11.400 cheaper each year, due to a better suited bond-maturity at the other credit institution. This institution was also cheaper with the initial fees, and the recurrent fees, so negotiating the already low fees, with them knowing it was hard to choose anyone else, was difficult.
However, for this particular credit institution, we have actually already negotiated a deal. This means they will pay a referral fee after they issue the loan. I expect to be able to send you an additional kr. 5.100 end of next month (I will contact you for your account number etc. when they confirm the payment, so I can transfer to right account).
I think we ended up with a pretty good deal, and a very nice saving for you (total saving about kr. 150.000).
I’m really happy to know that the negotiating part of my service was not passed on clear enough, so we have the opportunity to change this going forward.
