Great Service!
Rented "Happily Ever After" kind of last minute for our DIY photo booth at our wedding. Was so impressed with customer service and with packaging. I didn't realize but it even came with a remote to turn up/down the brightness when you shut the lights off for the reception. Will definitely use again for future events!

Amazing customer service. They changed the date and delivery address several times when we kept having to postpone our wedding. So easy to work with and accommodating. Everyone loved the sign at our wedding. It made the perfect backdrop for our photo booth! Recommending Howdy Dudey to all my friends getting married.

Wet Your Whistle Bar Sign

Not the best service
Slow to respond and then suddenly the neon I wanted was out of stock last minute. Then I was charged $50 for expedited shipping even though it had a week to arrive which Didn’t make me feel great about the service. They said it may or may not make it in time without the expedited shipping. They definitely should have upgraded it for me without charging since I had been waiting for a response as a gesture of goodwill which is the make or break on your customer being happy with your company.

We really enjoyed the “happily ever after”
We really enjoyed the “happily ever after” sign at our wedding. It popped on the barn doors at our country chic wedding. The sign was delivered on time and was well packaged. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.
