Howell 1870 certainly has a wonderfully curated collection of jewels---I admired them for a good while online and then finally took the plunge to buy a piece. The communication was outstanding---the jewel is better than the pic and is exactly as described. Lorraine and Alex gave a high level of service, they were attentive to my questions and were happy to discuss the administrative parts of the purchase (PayPal), made some changes to accommodate my needs, and did everything to ensure I was happy. They always responded immediately to my messages. I've been collecting jewels for a long time and it is clear by their prices that Howell is fair with their customers as opposed to the price gouging that seems to be done by jewelers. I trust Howell and I received a seamless and problem-free purchase from them that made me very happy.

Pleasure doing business with them. They went out of their way to help have my watch shipped to the US (and subsequently Hong Kong due to import delays) and provided clear and helpful updates throughout the process. Would happily deal with them again. 10/10.
