The Sound Decoder was delivered very quickly and was very easy to fit into the Class 15. I will definitely use Howes again for Decoders.

Easy to fit (plug in) but no fitting instructions with decoder. Includes list of sound functions
The sound file and decoder work very well and the the additional stay alive that you prewired is working fine. There were some initial problems in that there were no function keys for the rear head code lights. This was fixed by your engineer telephoning me and giving me anumber of CVs to change which solved the problem. There were two wires provided to connect the speakers. These wires wre not needed as the built in speakers automatically connected with plunger pins on contacts as part of the manufacturers build. The model runs very smoothly. From initial order the decoder arrived within a few days. I am well pleased with the outcome and after sales.
