Horrible scam
Horrible site, they sponsor Bossmanjack a felon and they only allow him to use a vpn. They won't pay you out and are the worst site you could ever use. They sponsor someone who beat his parents and they don't allow anyone else to use a vpn except him and he's in Virginia usa. I live there too and they banned my account. Scammers horrible negative stars if I could post those.

Dont join Howl, you may see certain streamers playing from a restricted location on Howl who tell you its VPN friendly, then you join with a VPN from a restricted location and try to withdraw money like streamers in restricted location do and they block your withdraw and ban you. Wont even return your original deposit. They will use and ignore rules when its convenient for them. Dirty scammers

Upon our check-up on you and as the Support Team explained multiple times in a conversation with you, you first, wanted to withdraw a tipped balance while you haven't wagered it, you then self-excluded and for that, you got restricted from withdrawing. This, unfortunately, leads us to believe that you were trying to avoid the wagering requirement and withdraw because, on the self-exclusion page, we mention that any remaining balance can be withdrawn. But this is only for the wagered balance, not the one that you didn't wager. This violates our TOS and of course, it comes with consequences.
