Howsy, the world's worst property management service. They have left me without a functioning bedroom window for the past 157 days, I have to wear a coat to bed due to how cold my house is. Company doesn't care at all, should be ashamed of themselves. I have gotten sick as a result of their negligence.

I am a landlord and my experience with Howsy has been absolutely appalling. Since Howsy acquired our previous property management company (the Happy Tenant Co. who were brilliant!) they have screwed up every single thing from leases, repairs, rates, etc. Howsy never respond to emails. Howsy doesn't answer the phone. Howsy don't follow-up. Howsy is completely broken. We had to get our solicitor involved to regain control of our property. Train wreck company. Nightmare.
Follow-up (Feb 2024): Howsy contacted me about this post and they actually arranged a call and then cancelled an hour beforehand. Soo typical. Also, we discovered that a Howsy contractor broke the glass door of the oven six months ago. As usual, Howsy didn't tell us about the damage and they IGNORED the tenant's repair requests for SIX MONTHS! We have just changed property managers to rentlondonflat.com. Good riddance to Howsy. Horrible. (PS: Howsy's responses to other posts below are absolutely hilarious .. and total garbage).

As a landlord I am so unimpressed with Howsy. There have been issues from day one from wrong information on the contract (including other peoples property information), not turning up to let the tenants in, not doing a proper inventory, not passing on issues from tenants (for months and months) and now not paying rent on time.
It is impossible to get any response from Howsy and all emails and calls are ignored. They constantly say someone will call you back but no-one ever does. They have left me in tears on multiple occasions. As a landlord I feel totally trapped as I have good tenants so am stuck with them.
If you are a landlord avoid at all costs, you might save some money but it is not worth the stress.

And she’s the only reason I can even say the name Howsy without screaming. I was fully ready to walk away after being moved from pillar to post every time I tried to engage as a Landlord. Beth is the epitome of effective customer service and managed to convince me to give her!/Howsy another chance. You should promote her and use her audio to train everyone else. Thank you to you Beth.

Howsy doesn't care what happens to you, as long as you pay rent, they will let you live in a flat that has constant power and water cuts. And they will ignore all your queries at all cost.
Not happy at all, let me explain. Last night I closed the kitchen door and today it just didn't open. I emailed them but they didn't reply. I called them in the morning and they did not email me until the evening asking me for information I already gave and giving useless recommendations, instead of calling me to organising someone to fix the problem. I had to spend money on takeaways and now I will have to spend money also on dining out. I called them again and they just don't answer. The office hours are until 5.30pm but they have a message saying that they are already close, please note I called them before 5pm. Instead I will spend a night without kitchen access. In past occasions when I had problems it usually takes time to come back and fix things. The repairing team is not very professional either. I find Howsy very unprofessional and untrustworthy.
Fast, prompt service. Kian was very helpful and assisted me with my issue in a timely, respectful manner. Highly recommend!

I’ve rented my flat out with Howsy for nearly 4 years now and have had some problems with the tenant paying rent. Recently Charlie has taken over my account and has been brilliant with his prompt communication regarding any problems with the rent
Kian was really helpful and made booking a viewing easy, he listened to my concerns and sought answers.
Kian was very kind and polite on the phone with me. The viewing date available was not convenient but he kindly worked around my availability.
Kian rang promptly after my enquiry, he explained the process to me and answered any queries that I had. He was polite and able to provide me with a contact number should I have anymore queries. Thank you for your help
