As a landlord you'd be mad to get hooked up with this company. If you are with them already then you will soon be driven mad by them. Incompetent in every department: service, contract handling, response times, repairs etc etc. They took over a very well regarded agency called 'Happy Tenant' who used to handle my properties and since then they have been appalling. I've taken my properties elsewhere.

Excellent work done by Kevin Hurley helping us get through and also resolving the electrical problems that we had the misfortune to have. Kevin remained in contact with us with reassurance and updates throughout and pushed all contractors to attend to the property and resolve all issues. Thankyou Kevin for your outstanding work

Jake was great at getting our contracts signed late on a Friday when our tenants were moving in on Monday. He was responsive and did a great job at managing our expectations and contacting us when he said he would. We have 2 properties with Howsy. They are not perfect and are going through some changes but we have used bricks and mortar agents who are far worse and for a lot more money.

I have asked for an explanation on why they did not inform of a letter they received from the council regarding a fine, I sent an email on the 22nd of September, still waiting for a reply. I have been invoiced for items that I don't need. So far not having a great experience .

I have never known a company to get it wrong so many times. From moving in they have been terrible one problem after another and with us finally getting away from this HORRIBLE company with our move out date later this month they wanted to finish in style by STEALING a full months rent even though it should have been pro-rated which we called them to tell them and said would be done but which as usual hasn't.
I would advise anyone that is looking to move and is thinking about using Howsy DONT they are a joke.

Howsy is the worst agent I’ve had to deal with. They don’t answer emails on time, they often are not available on the phone and they have since lost the original key to the property, meaning the contractors or potential tenants aren’t able to view it. Our flat is sitting empty due to their incompetence.
