Like others ones not receive the Lumeau…

Like others ones not receive the Lumeau product I ordered, the product came late and completely different brand name hoygi made in China and ingredient list does not even explain why it smells the way it does. I suspect it’s a fake product and fake website. I’ve emailed asking for refund. Having rad other reviews I will not be putting it on my face, people have had irritation.

Feels like I'm putting cloudy water on my face. Just lies flat on my face, doesn't sink in, nourish, nothing. Heather Dubrow and her so called surgeon husband advertise this on social media. What a crock. More fool me for falling for it. Total waste of money, although it wasn't that much. I go back to my Cerave Serum, much better

This company scams you online

This company scams you online. I ordered Externa being DrDubrow and his wife Heather were raving about it. When I received it finally (it looks like it came from Ireland) it was not externa serum. It was some serum made by Hyogi Don’t know what kind of cheap formula is in the bottle that I was sent, but it definitely was not what it stated I ordered. Just so dislike when companies do this. Like give me what I actually paid for.
