I parked in the Grosvenor car park for two nights and my bill was£15.09 which I think is very fair,only the second time I’ve used hozah,the last time over an year ago and it worked a treat,it just takes the headache out of paying and got my receipt two days later,a brilliant company,thank you again hozah.

Deliberately aim to rip people off by requiring you to pay within 10 minutes of arrival. No significant signage - in my view a deliberate ploy to secure fines rather than provide parking.

Absolutely Terrible. I parked at St Anne's Carpark in Newcastle which is clearly marked at £4.00 for all day Sunday. I was there for just over 1 hour and charged £15.10 becaue i was parked in the "incorrect zone"!! There is apparantly a seperate entrance and exit for the "hotel zone" parking - funny there has only ever been one way in and out. Then when I asked if I could have details of a complaints line or details to make a complaint I was told that they could not help with that query and I had to contact another email address.

Rubbish….site wouldn’t work properly so had to leave retail park after driving over especially for it🤬 why does everything have to internet based! Contactless and cash is perfectly acceptable!

I parked on the Grovsner carpark and couldn’t access the payment site in order to pay. Set up the autopay and again tried to pay when I left the carpark. I wasn’t sure if payment had been accepted so contacted Hozah via email, they responded quickly and after some help they managed to sort out my payment even though I was a day late. Extremely pleased with their response.

I visited Grosvenor Chester. 9.01.2025 SPA day with my wife. Parked and took ticket. Some time later paid for parking. £10. My wife's car is leased through Vauxhall. Therefore correspondence goes to them first and 3 weeks later we get it
In early February I got a PCN from UK Parking Admin Ltd. I tried to appeal on line but could not as already over 14 days so sent letter with evidence of payment bank statement etc. Some time later I got notice rejecting stating I needed to enter number plate correctly. ? At this stage as I was going to hospital for major surgery I decided to just pay the reduced penalty of £20 and sent it off. Original note amended as Hozah have stated the £20 has been accepted. Therefore final demand £100 cheque has been cancelled. Without the trust pilot avenue there was no other contact or interface possible. Appreciate greatly the response from Hozah below. Although my appeal was sent within 24 hours of receiving PCN from my lease firm. And included in envelope was copies of bank statement proving I paid car park fee. I will now have to recoup the £10 i paid for parking as this must be sitting in the ether. Just to clarify taking a parking ticket and paying ticket is not enough you must know your VRM for this car park. What % of people know their number plate. Less than 50% would be my guess.

We regularly use Hozah at Hertfordshire university Sports Village. As members of HSV we have 2 hours free parking, but it is totally unnecessary and a little annoying to receive an email every time we use it. Also, the speed bumps are far too high especially on the entrance to the left and on the exit route.

I had an account on autpay on a parking în city centre în our city, I parked a few days there and I paid through ringgo because I forget about this app and my account, and I receive an email that I have to pay, I explained the situation, I gave them proff of pay through another app and all sortează out în less than 10 mins, great service and I will use în the futcher.

A little awkward on setup but once running it's very easy, takes the stress away on if you've rembered to pay your parking, also they are very responsive if you have any queries regarding parking charges and will always offer refunds if you are overcharged for any reason.

I buy a monthly season ticket to park in Scarborough. It means I can come and go, using the car park as if it was my own. I just drive in, park, do my stuff in town then get in the car and drive away. Completely contactless, completely barrier-less. I've lost track of the number of people to whom I've recommended this as the ideal parking solution.
When I was running a short project last year, I suggested to all of the project team members that a one month season ticket would be the cheapest, easiest and safest way to park in town and they all did it. It made attracting talent to a town with quite obnoxious local authority parking charges much easier.
The only negative, and it's on me really, the car park closes at 6.30pm. If your car's in there, it's there until the morning. I've had my car trapped twice in two years and, whilst it's frustrating, it was a problem of my own making.
