It would appear that after selling my…

It would appear that after selling my car 3 years ago I suddenly receive an email saying that my old car has parked in a car park in Hemel Hempstead and they would charge me for someone else's parking the account has been dormant for 3 years so as long as that reg is registered it will continue to charge without asking any questions

A Racket

Ended lease on a car in April, so I was surprised to be billed for the new owner parking it today. Hozah is a service I used only once in 2023 as it seems to be available hardly anywhere. How is it reasonable that I should remember to cancel the account two years later when we got rid of the car?

This system is overcharging people and they probably don’t even know it! Shocking system , don’t see what’s wrong with just paying at a machine and having Barriers like most places, stupid idea

I was charged triple the amount I was supposed to. The support just kept sending me in circles. Have deleted my account and will not use the service again.

Customer service… there is none.

Unfortunately I have tried to contact customer service several times but have not received a response. I have sent three emails without any reply.
I’ve been charged for parking even though I should not have been, as I am a member at the tennis centre. For the past five weeks, I have been receiving confirmation emails stating that I was not being charged for parking.

However, I recently received an email informing me that I am now being charged, without any change in my membership status.
The lack of response is shocking.

Customer services is so so poor.
